I paid for the room before checking in, just need to take a photo of the ID card to save, according to state regulations, they are not allowed to keep the ID card because they are not criminals or break any law, because the guest still has to move outside without an ID card, it is not allowed, 4* or 5* guests in other places I have been to also do not keep the customer's ID card, at this hotel I do not allow to keep the ID card, they require a deposit of 2 million, I am not satisfied with the hotel's regulations like that, can it be that if the guest comes here to stay and incurs additional costs in the room, they cannot pay or why do they have to keep their money like that. Meanwhile, the room is not very clean, it looks like a 2* hotel.

The resort has a beautiful location, large campus, lots of trees. The swimming pool is large and clean. There is a private beach for swimming, the beach sells seafood at night. Spacious restaurant, delicious food. Bad room, only equal to a 2-star hotel room. Except for the room, everything is good. The room is actually 2 stars, the rest is actually 3.8 stars.

Good place for a family vacation

The swimming pool is big but the water is very warm, it's great to swim, the sea is clean, the room is upgraded for free 😆 the room is big and comfortable. At night, there are some delicious and cheap seafood restaurants on the beach, thank you everyone

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, beautiful scenery, always taken care of by staff. Some of the room furniture is old, the resort needs to replace it.

First time staying at the hotel more than 10 years ago, now going back everything is still fine as expected. Highly recommend!

1) the room is too old, musty smell, the air conditioner is not cold even though it is set to the coldest level and waited for 1 hour. After reporting to the reception, the technician checked but there was no improvement 2) the area is far from the center (at the end of the road) so it is only suitable for the elderly to go on vacation (no travel, just stay at the hotel) -> 4-star resort but it is 4 of the old era, no renovation, no investment in further development, no improvement or innovation

The service quality is ok, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, but the room is a bit old and the light switches are not arranged properly, it took 5 minutes to find the room light, the balcony light is not known where to turn on so I turned it on, the bed creaked every time I turned over. Overall, it's ok for the price.

The hotel was very old, unclean, and far from the city. When I arrived, there was no bellboy, and I had to wait a long time to receive my room.

Big resort, beautiful outside grounds but the rooms are old and unsanitary, TV has no connection and the picture is blurry. Dirty toilet. The food is varied and the private beach and swimming pool are clean and beautiful.
