A great place to stay, value for money, just in time for the holidays. The hostess is not very enthusiastic but quite comfortable. The hotel is always open, motorbikes are always locked in front of the hotel, but security is absolute because the hotel is opposite the ward police headquarters. I went alone but was placed in a rather large room, with 2 single beds, beautifully decorated. One minus point is that the water is quite weak but I only rent it to sleep and store things so that's okay.

I stayed at Wake for 2 nights, the service was very good. The room is comfortable and looks very nice. Located right in the center, so it is convenient to go anywhere, it only takes a few minutes to walk. The owner is very enthusiastic, helping and supporting me very thoughtfully With the price of 400k / night, on the weekend I go, I feel it is very worth it. Worth and should experience The purpose of my short trip, so I explore rather than relax. Such a place to stay, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely come back 🥰 Small suggestion: I think there should be a carpet to catch water on the floor from the house, I give the homestay 5 stars 🥰

I don't normally leave reviews, but felt the need to for my stay at the Lotus. We recieved an unparalleled level of service which ive never seen before. The staff went out of their way to be as friendly and accommodating as possible. The owner actively sits down with you and asks you what you plan to do in Hanoi and offers advice and service. The staff smiles and greets you whenever you enter or leave. The place isn't without its flaws but at the price it's nothing to complain about. The tv was small but we only used it as background noise. My husband thought he smelled mold the first day (I did not) which he bought an air freshener the first day for. It evidently fixed the issue. The bed wasn't very soft, and the furniture was ikea level, but I didn't come to Hanoi to spend time in my hotel room. I've never before had a hotel owner give me his card and say if I ever got lost he'd personally come and pick me up.

There was no reception, and the room smelled bad. I left some items behind; I contacted them to confirm they found them and offered to help return them, but they haven't responded to my messages for almost two weeks now.

The room was not clean; the bedsheets had hair on them and it was unclear if they had been changed, the toilet seat was broken, there was no drinking water, and the mirror had fallen apart and was lying to one side. The room had poor soundproofing.

The only convenience is that it is right in the old quarter, everything else is average. Minh booked a single room for 2 nights, the room was small, inconvenient, no place to store things, the musty smell combined with the smell of lemongrass essential oil was unpleasant. The refrigerator was broken and leaked water.

The location is near the center of the old town, the hostess is also friendly and helps us when we check in late, the room is also nice but the downside is that there is no elevator, poor soundproofing, the air conditioner and refrigerator are very noisy, the air conditioner is also broken. I really hope the home improves.

The room is not as described in the picture. The room smells musty, not soundproof. There is no space for storage, no wardrobe. The TV cannot be watched, like old TV, not connected to youtube. Weak wifi. The air conditioner is sometimes hot, sometimes cold, unstable operation. Overall bad, will not return.

Too terrible. Apart from the central location of the old town, everything is really bad. I spent more than 400k/night but the purpose of renting is only 5 hours from 2pm to 7pm to go to the airport. I mainly wanted a place to shower, but the room was too dirty, smelled musty, the toilet was not cleaned well. There were still leftover toilet paper and toothpaste caps from previous guests. My room was on the 4th floor (climbing stairs), a female traveler like me with a suitcase would have to leave it on the ground floor and not bring it up to the room. The wall was moldy and I didn't dare lean against the wall, the air conditioner smelled musty from the air conditioner, I was so scared that I turned it off and endured the heat. The blanket felt very old and smelly. Please consider carefully before booking.

Staff and owner or manager so friendly, even the old man as service staff can't to speak english but he very helpful when I get problem with another guest because they play the music from the room so loudly. The staff help me to remind them.
