I left a silver chain in my room for 3 nights until I asked to clean the room, but I couldn't find the necklace anymore... I reported to the front desk but so far there has been no response even though I tried searching all the rooms.

I stayed for 3 days here, the location of the hotel is very strategic in the middle, just walk to the lake, to the bridge, to the night market, to the inter-mosque, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are nice, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, thanks so much Tu lihn palace.

The room is small and very foul, the house is old, the closet is not acceptable. The elevator is small with no ventilation fan, every time it goes up and down very suffocating. In general it is not worth the price

This is the best budget hotel in Ha noi that we have spend the night. It is the only hotel which has got a lift and a dry toilet ! lol ! Location is good, close to everything. The staff is very nice and helpful, thanks. Come back next time for sure.

The receptionist really helped us inform the nice places because when we checked-in was the first day we arrived in hanoi. the english is good. The room is cramped, the air conditioner is less cold, the lift only fit max 3 adults, but Written max 450 we got stuck in the lift because it fit 4 adults so can not ride, the overall hotel is nice.
