Coming and staying at this hotel for my family was a very good decision~ the hotel is located in the center, very close to the market, it's convenient to go anywhere, the important thing is the room is spacious and clean, it's very enjoyable to stay. especially with young children!! The room was as pictured when booking. However, the shower water in P201, where my family stayed, was very unpleasant. Sometimes it was steaming hot, sometimes it was as cold as ice. In short, the water was unstable, so every time I took a shower it was very difficult and took a lot of time; in addition, the shower water was extremely weak. I really hope the hotel will fix this situation so that the next guests will not encounter this problem.

The hotel location is reasonable, the staff are very cute and enthusiastic, but the facilities are too degraded and need to be improved: specifically the elevator, the noise is too loud when moving, old colored bedding and pillows. tight, torn and flat, the sink water drains too slowly.

Tất cả mọi thứ đều ổn ngoại trừ màn rèm cửa, màn rèm rất bẩn, bám đầy bụi và mùi trên màn rèm rất hôi, màn rèm này chắc là rất lâu rồi không được giặt giũ. Mong là bạn quản lý khách sạn cho giặt giũ lại màn để được sạch sẽ thơm tho😊

The hotel is very close to the market, professional service staff 5 star standard, I check in at 2am staff support quick procedures, bellman enthusiastically brought luggage up to my room and opened the door for guests to come in and out, daily housekeeping available. I had 3 nights and thought it was very comfortable and will definitely come back. Highly recommend everyone to book a hotel here!
