The experience was not so good, I arrived at 2pm to check in but there was no room available, the receptionist said the room had water damage but I don't know if it was really damaged or rented to someone else, then gave me a small temporary room, until 4:30pm I received the room type I booked

At the time of your arrival, the room type that you booked could not be delivered due to an unexpected technical problem. In such cases, for safety and maintenance reasons, we cannot show the room to the guest while we are handling the problem.
To ensure that you have a place to rest while waiting, the hotel has flexibly arranged another room. After completing the inspection and handling, we quickly delivered the room type that you booked at 4:30 p.m.

The hotel is far from the airport, not as close as described, going into the city is too expensive for gas and grab taxi money...

The first time I booked this hotel, the price was quite reasonable, right on the street, easy to get around, the rooms were clean, but there was no outlet to charge the phone near the bed and the hot water heater was quite old.

Never stayed in a bad hotel where you have to buy water like this. I booked through the app for 295k but when the room expired and I extended it, you never mentioned the price of 370k. The price was sky high, sometimes 1.8 million, sometimes 1.4 million. This time I'll put it on all platforms.

Regarding this issue, the hotel would like to reply as follows:
- If you book through traveloka, that is the price that traveloka displays to customers and you also pay through traveloka, not directly to the hotel.
- When your stay expired, the hotel called you to inform you, but you hung up and did not answer the internal phone.
- Regarding the free mineral water policy, the hotel currently does not have it and the information on the hotel says that water in the mini bar and refrigerator is charged. The hotel is repairing and reviewing to add free mineral water in the room for guests!
- Regarding the wrong price because sometimes there are 3 people in your room and sometimes there are 2 people, so the amount will be different.
The problem is that when your stay expired and you informed the receptionist, they called and met you to inform you about the extension and the room price that the receptionist had reported, you may not have heard clearly when calculating the bill. And you paid for 4 days at the listed price at the counter.

Everything was good, except for the location. It's hard to find a restaurant around the hotel and it is quite far from the airport and no free water. But the room is comfortable, clean and sound proof. Worth to take a ride from the airport.

The first time I stayed here, the room was very good, but the second time I went on a business trip and stayed, room 004 was very bad, the air conditioner was not cold, the faucet had no hot water☹️

The air conditioner may have run out of gas so you don't feel cold.
Because we use solar energy to heat water, and during the days you stayed there were continuous storms in Saigon, so even though we turned on the electricity, it still couldn't ease the cold rain at that time.
