- If you book through traveloka, that is the price that traveloka displays to customers and you also pay through traveloka, not directly to the hotel.
- When your stay expired, the hotel called you to inform you, but you hung up and did not answer the internal phone.
- Regarding the free mineral water policy, the hotel currently does not have it and the information on the hotel says that water in the mini bar and refrigerator is charged. The hotel is repairing and reviewing to add free mineral water in the room for guests!
- Regarding the wrong price because sometimes there are 3 people in your room and sometimes there are 2 people, so the amount will be different.
The problem is that when your stay expired and you informed the receptionist, they called and met you to inform you about the extension and the room price that the receptionist had reported, you may not have heard clearly when calculating the bill. And you paid for 4 days at the listed price at the counter.
