1. Old hotel, not like the picture 2. I paid for 2 nights, but only stayed 1 night because the picture was not like the picture. I contacted the receptionist to cancel 1 night but the receptionist did not agree to cancel. 3. The receptionist arbitrarily gave my room number to a stranger, I feel unsafe staying here. 4. Request the hotel to refund 1 night I have not used the service. 5. Request traveloka not to delete comments about this hotel. Because I took a screenshot. Many times before, traveloka automatically deleted my comments.

Khách sạn giá ổn giữa lòng Hà Nội, nội thất phòng mới, giường gối rất êm ngủ rất ngon, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Kế bên có siêu thị hiện ích và nhiều hàng ăn gần. Tuy nhiên điểm trừ là cơ sở vật chất hơi cũ (tường có nhiều vết, sơn bị nứt, nhất là các vật dụng inox trong toilet bị oxi hoá nặng, nếu xử lý được phần này nhìn sẽ tốt hơn rất nhiều)

Nice room but extremely bad service, I checked in late at 4am, I was sleeping at 9am, when I cleaned my room and knocked on the door, I continued to ring the bell, I opened the door and said I was tired and didn't want to clean my room so I could show my attitude to eat at noon. It's okay to tell guests. Well the first time is like the last. Very bad service

Lâu lắm mới ra Hn và thật sự đúng đắn khi lựa chọn Ksan để lưu trú lại. Các bạn nhân viên rất rất nice, nhẹ nhàng , hỗ trợ mình nhận phòng sớm rất nhanh nhẹn. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, chăn gối thơm . Phòng tắm rất đẹp vì còn có cả cây xanh nữa.. 1 trải nghiệm khách sạn tuyệt hơn mình nghĩ. Chắc chắn nếu trở lại Hà Nội mình sẽ lưu trú tại đây .
