Everything was good, good location very nice and helpful staff, fresh gym. only negative was that the room was very small

Pros: Very nice hotel, modern, very friendly and helpful staff. In a good and safe area with nice dining options around. Cons: room wasn’t clean properly, while I arrived I could see hair on the floor.

Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. Very helpful explaining amenities. Checkout 24 hour option from time of check in is a great feature. (Ex: check in at 9pm check out is 9pm on day of check out) Nice for late flight departures. Food in hotel was very tasty. Great rate as well. Rooms are on the small side but everything else was fantastic.

A perfect stay for 2 weeks. Brilliant location. Good internet. Amazing breakfast. Polite staff. Solid gym. And washing facilities for clothes. The best stay we’ve had.

Friendly staff. Amazing and best breakfast for a local hotel in Vietnam. Small room but perfect for a solo traveller. Good location - get a taxi or bike from Grab or BE app to go anywhere easily. Will stay again. Highly recommended.

Room too small

Our room has a big window over looking the street. We were on the 6th floor and it was quiet. The hotel has self laundry machines and irons on the main floor. We did not use it. Room was modern, simple and small without a kettle. Breakfast was simple but wealthy. The hotel is walkable to the cathedral, post office and Ben Thành Market. We enjoyed our stay and will use it again in the future.

If you’re visiting Vietnam for the first time or maybe returning and looking for a nice newer hotel, friendly staff, convenient, etc. then I highly recommend Wink Hotel Saigon. I came from another hotel because it wasn’t exactly as advertised but I really enjoyed my stay at Wink. Everyone here is very nice, friendly and helpful. I do love their breakfast in the morning, they do have quite the variety each day.

Great amenities, clean and welcoming!

Food was very good, but slightly limited in options. Rooms are well laid out and cozy. The staff are very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Chi Quyen and Anh Chris and Anh Bobby were standouts amongst the very supportive staff. The “hip slick” style was nice; but the warm friendly atmosphere really brought it home! An amazing concept hotel. The staff were incredible. They were really there to make sure that your stay was nothing short of remarkable. They were polite and kind. While the room was small, they made up for it in the other communal spaces. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Vietnam (so far after more than 3 weeks). Would definitely stay again. If you do stay there, please ask for a room facing the back, if available. It is a lot quieter on that side, though the hotel does provide ear plugs.

Perfect room for a single traveler

We enjoyed our stay at Solaria. The location is excellent. It is walkable to Hoan Kiem Lake, lots of delicious restaurants, as well as a neighborhood grocery store right around the corner. It is also on a one-way street busy in street life, but not traffic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was straightforward and a complimentary drink and cake were offered. Solaria offers to hold your luggage after check-out. The hotel breakfast is very tasty and being on the 9th floor, has a bright and airy atmosphere. It offers a nice balance of Vietnamese and Western cuisine, with an included a la carte menu with dishes such as Hanoi pho, bun cha, omlettes, eggs Benedict's, and more. The rooftop bar had very comfortable loungers, tasty cocktails, and unobtrusive music. Great place to relax and have good conversation. We booked a King bed room. The room has a nice European vibe while the bed itself was very comfortable. There were areas that fell short in our opinion. The lighting was very poor after sunset. While there's a lot of different sources of light, none of them lit up the room. The flooring was damaged near the bathroom while the shower wall had a gaping vertical slit. The toilet paper was sandpaper. The AC vent blows directly onto the bed and where your head lies which I found uncomfortable while sleeping. The button to adjust the vent direction didn't work. Overall, a pleasant stay, but not perfect due to the condition of our room.
