We already have our next trip booked . Can’t wait to go back in 2026 to some new things they are going to offer .

Clean rooms, polite staff, good food, and fun activities! We had an amazing time!

The room was acceptable. It was clean and had basic amenities. Overall, the property was a huge disappointment. Let's start with the fact that they have pictures of a pool that no longer exists. Apparently it's been gone for like a decade after a hurricane. So that's like false advertising. The convenience store would close whenever the person working there felt like it. So one night we ended dinner early to go get something before it closed at seven pm only to find out that the clerk locked the door prior to 645. The service at the restaurant was exceptionally slow. One night our dinner took us almost 2 1/2 hours. We would've had several rounds of drinks because we were listening to music, but the server was so slow that anything we asked for took like 15 or 20 minutes before we would see him again. It was island time x10. The rest of the staff was a mixed bag. About half of them were engaging and very helpful. The other half of them had no idea what they were doing. That half wouldn't even look you in the eye or acknowledge you when you were standing in front of them. It was very aggravating that most of the bellhops could not summon a taxi. We found out that the best thing was to go into the front desk and get one of the guest Specialists to call a taxi. Every time they got one within 3 to 5 minutes.

Gorgeous views, clean rooms and super friendly staff.. especially the restaurant area. You're going to leave making new friends and excellent memories

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The view and cleanliness are very good, but the women at reception are the worst in terms of customer service. However, this time I had to speak with Khanolic Callwood. I had to write down her name for a future visit. She is excellent, very friendly and helpful.

I visited during the off season so it was quite serene and clean. They had an on site store to get essentials and a a bar and restaurant for quick meals. The staff was very helpful in locating local foods or shops. I came with no itinerary and left with future options.

Great food, spacious rooms with some of the best amenities. The property offer great customer service.

Very clean great location also has good historical facts about the property.

I’m a repeated customer and staying at Blue Beard has always been a pleasure and a treat. Makes me feel like I’m home away from home 👍
