Fantastic place to stay, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and harbour. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, spacious room, lovely full breakfast and easy secure parking directly opposite hotel.

Single night stay for business. I stay here several times a year whenever I’m working in Swansea. The hotel is located favourably in the town between the main shopping/ restaurant area and the marina. It’s always clean and very comfortable. Lots of amazing character and lovely professional yet attentive staff.

Last minute stay in swansea. Has a room over in the townhouse which was lovely and quiet and the bed was really comfy. Just a shame the hotel did not have room service as they said they didn’t have the kitchen open!

Delightful hotel and staff. Particularly Amy. We were surprised to be upgraded from the Townhouse to a superior double in the main building. We were also delighted! The breakfast is superb. Definitely one to return to.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Swansea. Good choice of breakfast including a welsh breakfast, didnt try this time but will try on next visit. Great sized bedroom. With a choice of bath and shower. Great Molton brown products for bath and shower. Brilliant reception staff who came up to room to check my room key worked.

Lovely old building sympathetically restored. Location is perfect for Swansea Arena shows. Charming welcome by Amy who looked after us so well. We stayed in a suite (thank you). It was a very large room with faultless wifi, aircon and amazing bathroom plus included mini bar. The room itself was very large. I think the ceilings were 15 feet high. Breakfast had some cold buffet items and a large selection of fresh cooked alla carte items: the room, service and food were all first rate. This hotel deserves its high rating and I would stay here again without hesitation.

The bedrooms are very spacious and bathroom was luxurious. It is very close to the arena and was perfect for my son's graduation as it is walking distance to everything. The breakfast was good too. There was ac which is a must for muggy weather

Generally good. However it is expensive so my expectations are high! Bit disappointing that there was no access to bar / restaurant. Were told before we arrived about this but not at time of booking. Coffee machine was broken - reception informed when we arrived but not fixed. The attitude seemed to be “there you go then”. Other than that a nice stay.
