La pièces était négligé. J'ai demandé de changer de chambre, on n'a pas voulu. La chambre était vieille, c'était du tapis et il était beige en mal propre. J'ai du faire changer les drap, il y avait du sang séché, sur le côté du lit ou excrément. Vraiment dégelasse. Pas douche dans la chambre, c'était une vieille baignoire, sur pied, pas moyen de prendre une douche debout. C'était un rideau rond autour de la baignoire, il y avait des poils. Vraiment répugnant, je ne me suis pas laver dans ce bain. L'hôtel bonne Entente, selon moi était haute gamme, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Je ne remettrai plus les pieds la. Ca coûter cher pour une chambre vieux , mal propre. Je peux coucher au Time et ailleurs pour moins cher et c'est vraiment de beaux séjour. En plus je crois que je couchais en haut de la buanderie, ca fessait du bruit toute la nuit. Du bruit dans les corridor, très peu dormi.

the staff was polite and customer centric. the amenities were lovely.

We originally got put into one of the older rooms but as soon as we mentioned we stayed in one of the updated rooms before they changed it no questions asked . The spa could use more cleaning.

Rooms are great matress little hard . But after

La chambre ne sentait pas très bon, le mobilier data surtout la salle de bain et ne pas prendre la chambre directement au dessus de la porte menant au spa, elle fait un vacarme en se refermant.

My stay at Le Bonne Entente was overall fantastic. The service was exceptional, Gina at the front desk was wonderful, and Jules the server, was absolutely A+++. The place itself is very clean and pleasant. The only downside was a slight lack of transparency with some fees. Even though the amounts aren’t huge, when you book on hotel.com and it says everything is included, you don’t expect an extra $20 a day parking fee at checkout, especially when the parking is on site. So, I’d say it felt a bit like a hidden cost.

everything about this hotel is good, been 3 times and it’s my go-to place when in Quebec. I don’t mind the 15 min drive to the old Quebec

Gina was amazing and very personable. All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed out 2night stay.

Clean but very dated room. Could be great but failed at every opportunity. Promised free ice creams, movie night for kids. No staff available at the specified times. Very very messy kids room. Food everywhere, probably gets cleaned twice a day if not once. It was absolutely shocking. The main restaurant is in a perfect condition, so its a very hit and miss situation. There is management on site but clearly not doing a great job. The bell boys provide excellent service, if they were in charge the place would be a 10 out of 10!!
