I have issue with Traveloka, u should have told me my booking is fulfilled by Expedia and not Traveloka, receptionist said they only received booking from Expedia which made me perplexed and confused so I asked to connect to hotel wifi to search for my booking email and this annoyed her.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. We stayed in the standard double queen room and it was spacious enough. Reception staff were friendly. Hotel was right across Muddy 's playground but may take a while to walk to the central area with 2 young kids. Laundry was AUD4 per wash and AUD4 per dryer cycle, closed after 10pm. Recommended especially if you have a rental car.

Very clean and spacious rooms, and great location just slightly off the Esplanade, an easy walk along the boardwalk to get to the heart of the Esplanade.
