My reservation was for a junior suite. I arrived early to the property and asked if my room was ready or if I could do an early check-in. They right away said no, that was not an option. I came back at 3 and my room still not ready. They took another 15 mins to find me a room. It was a nice room they gave me with a view, but I immediately encountered the following issues, the room was dirty, tables bathroom, carpet, not pleasant at all. The appearance of the room was very dated... the windows are old and need to be cleaned or re-tinted as it ruins the view you're supposed to have. There was a coffee maker in the room, but there was no coffee bags, etc. Under the sink, there was an active water leak every time we washed our hands or took a shower. The bathroom does not have a stand alone shower, you must stand in the very slippery tub and there was no vent. Every time I took a shower the room was full of steam. I liked the central location of the property, but they do need to do a major renovation to the rooms.

No se como puede gustarle a alguien este hotel en otro tiempo tuvo que ser impresionante pero el tiempo ha pasado sin que hayan hecho alguna reformas o mantenimiento. Las habitaciones son oscuras y las camas y almohadas son de mala calidad Los baños son pesimos el desague es muy lento. los pasillos son largo y feos con una alfombra que parece que tiene 40 años por eso que para mi la calidad del hotel no justifica el precio Relación calidad-precio muy baja. Rente 4 noches y cuando entre quería salir al mismo tiempo me quede solo una noche les pedi que me devolvieran las noches restantes y nunca lo hicieron

Very friendly staff.

As soon as we got off the car, everyone was very helpful. Excellent customer service, Pool was nice and hot tub needs a little help, jets aren't that strong but still very soothing. Our room was very spacious and attendants were very helpful. Rooms don't have any mini fridges so that was the only bad part, so we had to get ice for our little cooler. Ice was a bit scarce as we would have to go to different floors to acquire it. Location is very good as it is center to most of the museums we went and plenty of restaurants to pick from if you don't dine in the hotel.

Every time I’ve stayed here it’s been excellent. But this last time on July19-20, 2026 they went over the top. I forgot my wallet with my DL and CC, next day we called and asked about it and they had them in a safe place, I went to pick them up the following day and everything was there. Couldn’t ask for more than that. All the staff is GREAT!!! My next trip in CDMX, this will be the stay for sure.

El personal fue muy atento, el hotel está muy bien ubicado. Encontramos un camión que nos llevó directo del aeropuerto a la estación Amajac que está a unos metros del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. La ubicación es excelente, hay tiendas de conveniencia a unos pasos y conexiones a medios de transporte. Llegamos tres horas antes de la hora de check-in y nos resguardaron las maletas sin ningún problema. El segundo día tuvimos un pequeño percance con las llaves de la habitación, que se desactivaron, pero muy amablemente nos resolvieron sin contratiempos. El checkout a la 1 pm fue muy conveniente para no salir tan apresurados. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

the hotel location is excellent. walking distance to a lot of touring site, room is large and staff very friendly. will choose this hotel next time.

The room was okay. We arrived at night. We used the shower, but the water was not draining fast enough. We called the next morning and the staff moved us to a different room right of way. Hotel is okay, but the customer service is great!

buena ubicación, estrategica, pero el edificio muy viejo, muy pobre la renovacion y actualizacion de mobiliario, cortinas y toallas.. maquinas de hielo de adorno que no funcionan..

Overall, this was a pleasant stay that matched what we paid for. The staff stood out as genuinely kind and helpful, especially handy since my room key kept deprogramming during our stay, and they were quick to sort it out every time without any hassle. The room itself was clearly dated and could use some updating. The carpet wasn’t to my taste, the TV channel selection was limited, and the bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. None of it was dealbreaker-level, just noticeable. Between the friendly staff and fair pricing, I’d still consider staying again, just wouldn’t expect a modern room.

Very convenient location in the Reforma area of Mexico City. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff was really friendly. Definitely recommend it if you are in Mexico city.

I couldn’t make it since the routes were closed due to the fan fest celebration around the hotel. I lost the reservation because of that.
