Muy buen hotel, habitaciones amplias, baño amplio, excelente ubicación, tiene estacionamiento, alberca techada, es de mis favoritos a buen precio.

Cuando llegue ni pensaron que era un cliente asta que le dije que aria el check in los doormas or los que ayudan ahí nunca te ayudan solo te miran cuando salí con las maletas solo me miraban muy mal servicio y en el baño cada que usabas la duchas se llenaban de agua afuera se salía Y el front desk primero daban servicio al que estaba bien vestido con traje luego a los demás muy mal así

The location of the hotel is great, there’s a lot of places to eat and it’s within 10 minutes of Chapultepec. The hotel definitely needs some updates in their rooms, especially the bedding. The sink in my room wasn’t draining well enough, it would take some time for all the water to go down. Also the gym is in need of an upgrade too. Some of the machines weren’t working and it’s very limited for people like me who like to stay fit even on vacation. Other than that, the staff were great and helpful.

Excelente todo, solo el ruido de los antros de atrás que duró hasta las 6 de la mañana.

Our bathroom shower leaked. The sink was so shallow you couldn’t do anything in it. And the wifi sucked.

Buen lugar solo falta limpiar los vidrios y darle un mantenimiento gral al hotel ya que es algo viejo

Habia una gotera en la taza de baño

Hotel muy grande y antiguo pero conservado y muy recomendable. Excelente ubicación y atención de todo el personal. Cuenta con valet parking gratuito en la estancia. Sin duda lo vuelvo a elegir si el precio es razonable.

Las toallas estaban duras, y no habia suficiente articulos de baño para las 3 personas que nos alojamos
