Excelente desde el aeropuerto traslado sin consto buen regimiento en lobby habitación con vista al volcán buenos desayunos buffet bar y amenidades costos accesibles hotel bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto lo único un poco de ruido por los aviones que despegan pero por lo demás excelente ! This hotel is located very close to the Airport and they have free shuttle. Also, if you rent a car with Alamo you can drop the car at this location before checking in the room. The breakfast is great, for dinner Kyoto is very good but a bit pricey. We usually stay at this hotel. In this occacion we only stayed for one night, we were given a room with two small beds and my wife and I had to sleep in separate beds. We could not enjoy the included breakfast since the open at 6am and we needed to be at the airport early. The shuttle does start at 4am which is convenient. The safe box got stuck which has happened to us a couple of times here. The check out was stressful, we needed to be ready by 7am to take the shuttle and we almost did not make it since the check out took some time since there was a line. We had dinner at Kyoto and we did not remember to ask for our discount, if you don't say anything they don't give you the discount. Overall we recommend this hotel specially premium since you have access to the VIP lounge. The only bad thing was the service this time, staff needs to pay attention, check out should be faster.

The staff is super helpful & friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but still overall a good hotel.

I may not be able to stay there much longer as the nightly prices seem to have gone up quite a bit. I do continue to appreciate the attention to security and customer service. The breakfast buffet, as always, is amazing. I also appreciate the airport shuttle which is always on time and well conducted. In other words, Barcelo is amazing as always but I'm beginning to be priced out of stays there, unfortunately.

Hotel was beautiful, immaculate, friendly staff, breakfast buffet with plenty of choices everything was fresh! Beautiful pool with a hot tub !! Free bottle water provided in rooms and chocolates delivered everyday was a sweet touch ! Most importantly free early check in by 12!! Loved my stay and it was affordable and great location! Free shuttle to and from airport!

This hotel was amazing and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Free airport shuttle, breakfast buffet, the rooms were amazing and clean. Highly recommend upgrading to a premium room for low charge for access to the lounge for snacks, coffee, or low key meals.

The space was tidy. The restaurant and bar's poor striker service and lack of a host upon arrival were the only issues. The supervisor, Marcos, was unhelpful. I addressed this to Lenard Hotel's managers of operations, but they never responded. He doesn't seem to care.

Pretty much my whole stay was excellent. Property was very clean and they always give you great customer service.
