Beautiful view of Niagara Falls. It was so pleasant to sit in the lobby or the room and watch the falls. Great for the evening light show and fireworks. Pleasant stay and excellent dinner at Morton’s.

Everyone was help the gift shop lady wasn’t friendly at all unless she don’t like black people She told everybody else have a nice day Buy when I walk away nothing so I told her have a good day

Great hotel

room was clean and comfortable with a great view. Room service liquor sales were outrageously priced. jet tub worked great.

We had dinner at Morton’s and by far the worst meal in a long time… my ribeye steak was no better than u might get at Chilis except it was 4 times more expensive

The wifi was terrible and I couldn't use my phone! Everything else was good.

Overall great stay

Sheets were wrinkle and one of the light bulbs were burnt out as it kept flickering.

Great views , we were on 7, room was nice and serviced daily. Busy hotel but elevators very fast, our hallway always had an odor not sure what it was though.

Room 1617 amazing view of the Falls. Checkin was ridiculous. 1 person checking people in, and elite members cutting in front of everyone. Waited over 20 minutes. 5 elevators, and you have to wait forever for 1. We went to checkout the pool, and could not get an elevator back out of there, gave up and found the stairs. Parking is a joke, self park at a lot 5 minutes away and you get charged $50 a night, or valet for $70 a night. Watch for their resort charges they add onto your bill when you checkout too.

Hotel is in a great location and clean.

Pillows were ripped off and the mattress was torn Front desk or room services not responding to calls after 10pm Ice vending machine was broken No water bottle in the room Coffee machine was not working No usb3 charging port in the room Parking is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel $50 per night Pool and jacuzzi was dirty with green yellow spots everywhere

The room was amazing with a stunning Falls view and fireworks at night. I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was that basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. Overall, it was a great experience.

Hotel views are good. A bit too pricey for what you get. The Morton’s is not as high quality as the others I’ve been too.

Good view

The staff were very good and helpful. Our room was good, except for the bed. It was much to soft. Had a fantastic view of the falls and the shower and jetted tub was great!! Spa (thermal pool) experience was disappointing. In both of the warm and hot pools very few of the jets worked. We had more jet power in our room tub. The regular hotel pool and hot tub were really nice though.

I came with my 2 kids on the holiday weekend. I had initially booked the adjoining Hyatt regency but realized on reaching there that I had accidentally booked it for the next weekend! At 8pm with 2 kids and no room available, I booked Marriot on hotels.com. When I reached the hotel I told them what happened and that I made a reservation just 5 minutes ago. The front desk was super helpful. They had an issue with the room that I booked but they upgraded me to the falls view room at the 22nd floor. My kids were ecstatic on seeing the view from the room! We went swimming in the pool next morning and the breakfast spread was delicious! Highly recommend the professionalism of the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make your experience comfortable!

Absolutely Awesome view of the falls from the room. Wonderful experience. Restaurant was very good. The Hostess was a bit rude, but the waitress more than made up for it. The food was excellent. Overall, a great stay.
