All good

Room was extremely hot. An engineer came and couldn't resolve the issue so was given two fans. By the middle of the night it was still hot so called front desk. Requested for two more fans. Waited for an hour one one showed up. Woke up the next day with fans sitting outside the hallway. All guests in the room were sweating when awake in the morning.

View was nice. Room needs updating - chairs were dingy and worn looking, window was filthy to the point of impeding the view. Hotel looks tired

I have no idea why this hotel has a high rating. The staff is nice and the room is more like a holiday inn. The valets are understaffed as it took 10-15 minutes just to return our car to the valet because of the lineup. Not their fault, I guess the owners are cheap.

This was our 5th time we stayed with Marriott falls view This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotel on Canadian side and also front desk staff is very friendly specially Zabbi. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cleaning staff folded facecloths left to be replaced and left them on tub for reuse.

Falls view room was nice however the first person you see upon arrival is the vallet. No welcome to the hotel just instantly wanted to rush us out of the vehicle and have us decide 50 or 70 for parking. Well turns out that is per day and the 50 parking is a block away which doesnt sound bad but it definitely is when it's cold and windy. Front desk could care less if you return. I would not return to this location. Stay at the casino for a better experience and atleast you get the amenities and lots to do there

Unnecessary charges for simple things like parking and water bottle.

Great view (!) and decent room service meal, but a drunken family in the adjoining rooms kept us awake all night screaming at each other. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable to boot. Courteous staff did their best in a trying situation.

The water for the shower was Luke warm and we had to have engineering in twice to fix. Fire alarm twice during the stay. Spa area directly exited to the outside making indoor spa cold. Maybe a good summer place but very expensive and very cold in winter. The lobby was so cold the staff were wearing winter coats at the front desk.

We had a great stay over the weekend. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We also used the spa and massage services, and the staff there were excellent and welcoming. The gym and pool areas were clean and well kept as well. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
