Staff was really courteous. There was an issue with the reservation. I had reserved a king size bed room and they had it as 2 queen beds. The staff at front desk was nice but had to wait for manager to address this. Once in our room we noticed that there was a problem with the room’s isolation (draft in wall near window) and since it was really cold outside (-15 C) we had to increase the room heating to compensate. Overall it was an OK experience. I would still come back despite these small things.

A very bad night. The hotel wasn't at full capacity. Our neighbors were extremely noisy. They were arguing and crying. We could hear everything. The hotel should space out the guests; the walls are definitely not soundproofed.

The staff were courteous. What we would have appreciated is that our reason for being in Laval was medical which was named and I think written in an exchange. We were on the 2nd floor so the whole evening and late night we heard the dj and people were load (which we know is normal since they were holiday staff parties) We would have appreciated bring on a higher level so my husband could have gotten the rest need during our 2 nights stay.
