The hotel looks amazing from the outside with a unique design. We were lucky to get a room upgrade, and we absolutely loved the room. It was very spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Plus, it was the only hotel on our UK trip with AC, which made a big difference! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in York.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable with the best location—only a few seconds from York train station. The original booking was the standard room, too small for two people, particularly when you bring two large suitcases. We upgraded to their Junior Suite, spacious, comfy, & pretty interior. Would love to stay longer next time!
