Bed bugs & other bugs, closed hot tub, noisy, cold draft through gap in door from the emergency doors always propped open constant traffic through fire doors, holes in walls, stains on ceiling. Staff were very friendly but the place was awful and dirty.

Carpenter ants in my first room. Flies in the next room. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Halls, carpet, paint is all beat up and dated. Stairs were dangerous. Oddly, the bathroom was in nice shape and the bed was comfortable, after I pulled it apart looking for bed bugs. I could have stayed at the SandMan down the road for and extra $20 a night. Bruised apples for fruit at the continental breakfast. South asian ownership on full display. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The original room we were given had an awful smell and was generally just dirty from the window sills to the bathroom. We complained and asked for a new room, the receptionist informed us that there was no more king rooms left, but ultimately upgraded us to the Honeymoon Suite free of charge. Honeymoon Suite was cleaner and didn’t have a smell to it. Staff was helpful but rooms were not great.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Building needs to be shut down and completely renovated. So dirty and worn down. If this is representative of the Ramada/Wyndham brand, I’ll stay away from it in the future.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, I’ve stayed in many hotels in developing countries, and this place was worse than all of them. First room fire alarm looked like it had caught fire and was beeping constantly, immediately changed to a different room because the front desk couldn’t change the battery. New room- Room was dirty, mold spots in corners from an obvious flood, half the electrical outlets didn’t work, the heater was broken, coffee machine/room had no cups, blow dryer was broken, bathroom light flickered like a rave, room was freezing due to no heat, cracked and burnt flooring, textured walls full of holes that they sloppy mudded over, walls had questionable stains on them, bed horribly uncomfortable, pillows were horrible, there was running water, so I’ll give them that as a plus. Room only had 2 towels (there’s four of us) asked for two more on way to pool, they only had one. Hot tub was empty of water, pool was dirty, had garbage and random things floating in it, plus it was freezing. Hallway on way to pool looks to have had a pipe burst and they just covered the holes with gravel… room service never came after our first night so had to ask for more towels at end of day two to shower, once again front desk only has one clean towel (our three from yesterday have pool chlorine on them). Was afraid to ask to change rooms as the people at the counter when we swam had full ashtrays and garbage in their room at check-in.

Room was dingy, wallpaper peeling off under the heater and looked like some mold under the peeled back wall paper, tub coating was chipped off all over, shower head sprayed water from where it attaches to the water pipe, bathroom door has mismatched paint and paint fingerprints , tub didn’t drain very well and there were long black hairs all over sink, tub and even in one of the towels. sheets did not appear clean and had stains. Room keys had to be reprogrammed multiple times. Continental breakfast was cold cereal, yoghurt and frozen breakfast sandwiches. I was too busy to switch to another hotel otherwise I would have. Do not recommend! Overpriced and not clean.

Room and hotel more generally were in disrepair. Cleanliness was fine. Exit doors did not automatically close and rely on people to close forcefully, resulting in security concerns. Almost no soundproofing between rooms or the hallway. Can hear water running in the other rooms. Staff were friendly - no concerns with service.

We booked 2 rooms for our group. Our room was ok considering the price-point paid. However, the toilet in our travelling companions room did not work. They were moved to another room in which the ceiling was infested with BLACK MOLD - let alone the health risk, this room's appearance was completely UNACCEPTABLE. Our friends moved back to the original room where I ended up having to do make-shift repairs on the toilet. Not ideal but at least we got the toilet operating. There appeared to be a lot of water damage throughout the building (with some renovations in progress). This motel should be closed until all renovations are completed. At a minimum, a Health and Safety inspection should be performed of all rooms by the appropriate government agency.

Upon arrival, they told us the honeymoon suite we booked months prior wasn’t available and did not make any attempt to contact me ahead of time so I could make other arrangements. They tried to put us in an alternate room that the floor had been jackhammered at the entrance, was missing furniture, the curtains were very dirty, and just was not the standard I had expected to be paying for. When speaking with who I assumed was the manager about a reasonable solution, he began yelling at me, despite the fact that - although very frustrated - I was remaining very calm throughout the ordeal. It seems that this property is running a scam - letting rooms but they are certainly not what is expected, if you get one at all. My friends had no water in their room. DO NOT book at this hotel. I am not a disgruntled customer wishing to leave a vengeful review. This is a cautionary tale.

The room was not nice. The heater did not work. A space heater was the only option. Not safe. They do not take debit and insisted on payment upfront. The continental breakfast was practically non existent. Not what was advertised. The coffee machine didn’t work and the plugins didn’t work near it. Overall a terrible experience.

The rooms are gross we had stains on curtains , they need new vacuums carpet need a good cleaning behind furniture stained sheets stained towels , black marks on walls they are so dirty they need good scrub bleach water pen written marks under door knobs edge of shower pen marks of dicks door keys not working Ants big ones black and fly in a room patio doors not locked need good scrub toilet flap had to be kept pushed down or water keeps running please really do something about this everyone that stays there same problems I’d love to help but I don’t live there they getting a bad name even people who stayed there a year ago won’t go back but we didn’t know how bad it was until we were there .

Good price, great room, love that there’s breakfast included just wish it had more options, the pool and sauna were cool too but disappointed the hot tub wasn’t available. I’d definitely come back tho!
