We cannot recommend this property at all. I reserved 6 rooms for our staff members for some meetings we were having. One person had to leave the hotel and stay with us because of bed bugs. He and others reported the dated and worn conditions including smell. All but one said never use this hotel again.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room and hallways were messy and I even spotted a cockroach. Cleanliness standards were clearly not maintained. Would not recommend until proper hygiene and housekeeping improvements are made.

The bathroom in the hotel room had a leak, main skin was blocked. Air con in the room was making loud noises. Room didn’t look anything like the ones advertised in the photos. Property needs to be renovated to match what they advertise and price

Carpet was filthy ,roof had patch marks from water leaks look like mould in there. towel holders full of rust, shower faucet hold on with tape. on remote didn’t work on TV. No screen in the window.

Dirty room, dusty, not vacuumed, the room has bad odour, doesn't feel comfortable to stay, not pleasant to see, just not clean full of dust. Poor poor accommodation not suited for people who likes to feel comfortable living. Dirty++++++.

Bathroom had graffiti. Wall light scone removed and not replaced. Unsightly holes left. A/C unit had the air filter screening falling out and tons of dirt under it. No mattress pad under sheet on bed. Not a smart TV to stream. No bathroom sink plug. Fear of losing rings. Noisy housecleaning staff at 9:00 am. Garbage truck (not the hotels fault) at 5:00 am. Huge noise from dumping the large bin. Balcony with no chairs to sit on. Outside walkway with bump outs and railings. Railings were not screwed in properly and super dangerous. Not advised at check in about times for continental breakfast. Went down for coffee at 9:00 and all cleared away. Definitely needs some updating and maintenance. Pro: bed was comfy.

The room was crap. The closet doors fell off when we opened them. The air conditioning is as broken and turned on so freezing cold. The breakfast options were minimal and looked stale.. and you couldn’t open the patio doors to go on the balcony.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the room was great. Not so much this time. Very dirty carpet (feet got dirty walking barefoot after showering), blinds wouldn’t close properly and they had stains all over them. Definitely the room is in need of a makeover. Carpet on stairs to second floor in need of replacing.

The property is very rundown and needs upgrades. Wallpaper peeling, floor not cleaned . Hole in bathroom wall from door handle, sizeable gap under door that leads directly to the outside and minimal soundproofing. However, nice hot tub and pool area, pleasant staff and the breakfast was perfectly adequate.
