Hotel too old

The room looked like an old hotel, there was dust particles on the night stands next to the bed, behind the nightstands there was crumbs and dust which was completely visible. The bed sheets had hair and lint in it. There was crumbs and dirt along the edges of the box spring and frame. You can visibly see it. When you open up the bed sheets. There was stains on the carpet. The shower pressure was low. The extra door lock on the room was loose. There were stains on the walls and ceiling. We went to front desk and asked to switch rooms. The lady was kind and gave us keys without hesitation. We went to the next room on the other side of the hotel and this room was the same way. But to add some of the lights in that room were flickering like they needed to be changed so I went back to front desk and told them I’ll just keep the same room. I’d thought I’d sit in the hot tub in the pool area, but the hot tub only had 5inch of water in it, there was a garbage can next to it full of pink insulation sticking out of the can. Which is a safety hazard to have that open where people walk by to try to enter the pool. The elevator wasn’t working. I had lots of luggage with me because I was flying back home in the morning. None of this was showing on the pictures when I booked my room. It did not say the place was under renovations. I would have switched hotels, but I didn’t have the extra money to check into another hotel plus to be moving my luggage at night, I had an early flight

Room was visibly dirty. Mold in bathroom.

The staff was friendly enough, but the actual hotel I am sorry to say is not it.

I have stayed in a Ramada / Wyndham hotels over the years. This one definitely does not meet the standards of Ramada / Wyndham. The hotel was nothing like the advertised pictures. Did not get the King room we booked as no water in the king rooms. only one entrance into building was told to go up stairs and we would find our room. did not tell us we had to go out fire door walk deck, in fire door then find room. the entrance /exit door by our room had all the key control wiring cut out so it was unusable. always had to walk the whole building to get to room. Rooms & whole hotel were very dated and nothing looks repaired or upgraded in a very long time. The hotel just has a junky look and feel to it. next time I will defiantly look for a different hotel to stay at. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

Terrible experience. One of our rooms wasn’t made, another was occupied by someone else. They have NO CLUE which room is occupied and isn’t. The rooms had a foul smell like mould, cigarettes and alcohol mixed together. No elevator. The heaters don’t work, so we all froze at night. They post pictures like it’s an amazing place to stay, but it’s the furthest from that. Please don’t book here’s wish I could give zero stars.

Cons: -Staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful -morning breakfast was barely that-cereal, cold hard boiled eggs and coffee... -main hallway was torn apart with a water main line running across it -hot tub was drained and not working -my room appeared clean but looking under the bed and around all furniture it was clear the room had not been deep cleaned in years -gym was locked and inaccessible. Only one person was able to find the key for it Pros: -Convenient location -cost effective -gym was small but clean and well equipped for its size -sauna was clean and working -large rooms

We were not provided any information at check in regarding the breakfast. Unfortunately we missed it by 15 or 20 min.

It was so disappointed cleaning situation.

The place was under renovation, there was holes in a walkway, exposed pipes, no safety markers, the pool was freezing, the hot tub was empty, waited long no one at front desk.

Billederne på Hotels.com stemte absolut ikke overens med virkeligheden. Har aldrig set så stor forskel. Værelserne var store, men helt forfærdeligt gulvtæppe, meget lille toilet/bad. El var slet ikke op to date og næsten farligt. Så godt vi kun havde 1 overnatning, eller var vi tjekket ud igen og fundet et andet hotel

Near to highway

Location of the Property is on a corner, near highway. Hard to exit place on a busy day as its one direction only. No elevator. so be difficult if carrying lots of luggage to 2nd floor. Hallway was like walking into a freezer. My room door had a gap. Bottom of door and carpet. Which had to use a towel to keep draft out and bed was near door. Odd setup. Tv was outdated and lack of channels. furnace outdated. &opposite site of room so took awhile to heat up. But overall room was a place to rest. i just expected better. Photos are from a video i did. Always photos/ video of room before any stay anywhere.

Place is a dump stay away. Thick build up around edges. Poor housekeeping seen them sweep a room not once seen a vacuum. They are to lazy to clean under elevated chair. Towels stained don't even smell like they used bleach to clean them . If your desperate then stay I had them move me to another room was little better and talked to others and they say same thing. One good thing is restaurant that is attached is very good

This was a Motel not a Hotel 2 floors, no elevator. No cancelations, should have been a ted flag. No security, the front doors where broken and didn't close, they constantly left the doors open to the other half of the Motel walkways. We went with children, should not have taken them. The halls and room where super outdated with sinks that didn’t drain, stains on the carpets, dirty towles, broken furniture and broken plugs. Looked at the reviews after we arrived, sould have looked before booking.

The hotel ia clean but old. Our room was a 2 queen, very spacious.

We checked in at 11:30 pm and the front desk worker didn’t speak much English. We managed to get checked in barely. It was minus 1 C outside and the heater wasn’t on in the room so it was very cold. I turned the heater on and it started putting heat off but eventually stopped. The room was freezing and we had no one to deal with it. The bathroom door had a hole punched in it and it was filled in with drywall compound and not even smoothed out and had a creepy smiley face painted on it. The shower was dirty and moldy and the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on the wall. The continental breakfast was non existent and based on the cleanliness of the hotel we chose timmy’s instead. I might have gotten three hours of broken sleep the whole night as I was freezing. Overal it was terrible and wouldn’t recommend.

Bed bugs & other bugs, closed hot tub, noisy, cold draft through gap in door from the emergency doors always propped open constant traffic through fire doors, holes in walls, stains on ceiling. Staff were very friendly but the place was awful and dirty.

Carpenter ants in my first room. Flies in the next room. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Halls, carpet, paint is all beat up and dated. Stairs were dangerous. Oddly, the bathroom was in nice shape and the bed was comfortable, after I pulled it apart looking for bed bugs. I could have stayed at the SandMan down the road for and extra $20 a night. Bruised apples for fruit at the continental breakfast. South asian ownership on full display. DO NOT STAY HERE.
