No hot water. No water at all in shower. Very dated. Old. Didn’t seem clean. Sliding door didn’t lock. No elevator.

The room was not nice. The heater did not work. A space heater was the only option. Not safe. They do not take debit and insisted on payment upfront. The continental breakfast was practically non existent. Not what was advertised. The coffee machine didn’t work and the plugins didn’t work near it. Overall a terrible experience.

The rooms are gross we had stains on curtains , they need new vacuums carpet need a good cleaning behind furniture stained sheets stained towels , black marks on walls they are so dirty they need good scrub bleach water pen written marks under door knobs edge of shower pen marks of dicks door keys not working Ants big ones black and fly in a room patio doors not locked need good scrub toilet flap had to be kept pushed down or water keeps running please really do something about this everyone that stays there same problems I’d love to help but I don’t live there they getting a bad name even people who stayed there a year ago won’t go back but we didn’t know how bad it was until we were there .

Good price, great room, love that there’s breakfast included just wish it had more options, the pool and sauna were cool too but disappointed the hot tub wasn’t available. I’d definitely come back tho!

Although front desk person was nice , room was dirty , toilet didn’t work, towels were stained . Bottom door exiting building was broken a consistently left open. Concerns anyone could just walk into the building.

Many issues with upkeep of hotel.

Completely neglected property. Not up to code(s)

Looks great from the ap and the outside of the building. First room smelt bad like cigarette smoke (room 115) she switched us to another room (117) and it smelt fine. Hallway had a huge hole under the carpet in the concrete. Looks like the floor is caving in from a sink hole. Our room had extra furniture in it that protruted out from the wall making it difficult to get into the bathroom. If you had a wheel chair or disability it would have been a no go to get in there at all. 2 remotes no batteries. Curtains were not black out as stated. Curtains had rips in them. The room was very dark but due to poor lighting. Def not clean crisp and bright like the photos. Window had no locks and huge cracks. I thought our room would be inside the actual hotel but we were off in some sort of other crack head wing. The door to our wing didn't lock properly, the hallways smelt bad and there was some dead looking Doode blocking our door in the morning we could not even get out. I know Abbotsford has alot of homeless people and the government pays for them to live there but I would expect you would keep your customers away from them. Like I said I thought our room would be INSIDE the hotel.

Room was terrible. Light and toilet didn’t work. Numerous blood stains all over the sheets.

Room had definitely been neglected as the bathroom faucet had been poorly installed and had a large gap into the wall visible. As well as the shower would cause water to pool on floor from unlevel lip. Walls and doors were spot painted over previous damage. Also had issues with door cards not functioning and had needed to get staff to fix multiple times.

Staff was very pleasant. The towels in our room locked used and smelled. It is an older hotel but you can tell they are doing Reno’s. No working ice machine.

Hotel had no hot water the whole stay It was a very run down and dirty place every where you looked you coukd see probems

Dirty room with horrible view.Really bad

No hot water, carpet throughout hotel is at least 25 years old, and facility is very dirty. The room is way overpriced. There is no way this hotel has passed a Ramada property inspection. Expedia needs to remove this facility from their listing ASAP! Property is not worth the price charged.

Floor dirty, wall heater quit working.

Not much recommendable . You will feel like compromising with everything. Think twice for other options if you are staying more than a day.it’s very old building.

This property is in need of serious upgrades. Broken fire door hinges so door open to the outside. Hallway very cold. Room heat was on full blast. Light bulbs flicker. Paint is old, ceiling looks like it needs to be replaced. Bathtub is past needing a replacement. All door jambs could use a coat of paint. Staff was very pleasant.

The toilet was plugged and after I said something nothing was done I had to fix myself, gross. The shower I had to run the water for 10 minutes before I could get it and have warm water. Not hot like it was to be. Then the door was horrible the safety lock was gone and then to close the you had to lift it up and push it to the side. When I went to check out and tell them the issuea they didn't care, no compilation for it either.
