DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Room was disgusting. Changed to a 2nd room. Holes in the wall, dirty bathroom, flies in the room, AC leaked water all over the floor, loud doors slamming all night. For $400 I was absolutely disgusted by the property. Its $100 room at best!!! I will NEVER stay here again!!!

Clearly the hotel has renovations started. Rooms were not well kept curtains were filthy , patio door stuck. Closet doors were falling off their hinges. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was just ok. The bed was terrible and the three pillows were so soft they were hard to use. Cover was dirty and had to have it changed when we checked in. Basic shampoo soap included no hairdryer in the room. Breakfast was included but no juice, no real selections to choose from. Coffee was just ok. Check out was easy but no one asked how our stay was. I’m assuming they know it won’t be good.

The rooms were a little dirty, and one out of two of the rooms had a strange smell in it and had stains all over the curtains.

Room smelled musty, carpet worn and smelly, bathtub was starting to rust. Air flow in the room was terrible(hence musty smell). Elevator was scary...wasn't sure I was going to get stuck. It made weird noises as it was taking me up...I used the stairs from then on. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK. Would not stay there again. Hotel needs some serious renovation and a modern elevator.

Staff were really helpful and friendly but the dog friendly rooms were in shambles. Stained sheets, cigarette smokey rooms (in a smoke free hotel), and in the rooms were in rough shapes of repair.

Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The only downside was the food, which didn’t meet our expectations and could be improved.

The front desk is very accomodating. The room is clean and there's a littke breakfast area which is a bonus. Downside is the carpeted stairs is not clean. I'm not sure if theirs an elevator coz we are directed to use the stairs to 2nd floor. Aside from that, it is good.

I cannot recommend this property based on our experience. We booked through Expedia expecting a standard motel stay. Upon arrival, we discovered the property was undergoing significant renovations while still occupied by guests. Construction materials were stored in guest areas, there was active renovation work, and common areas had exposed walls and unfinished repairs. Our room had numerous cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including stained bedding, pillows, towels, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. The overall condition of the room did not meet our expectations. We were also travelling with a disabled partner and an infant. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator, and this was a significant accessibility issue for us. Had we known this in advance, we would have booked elsewhere. Because of the condition of the property, we contacted Expedia immediately after checking in and requested to cancel. We documented the issues with photographs, left the property, and booked another hotel at our own expense. Unfortunately, the property refused to authorize a refund despite our prompt complaint.

Property seemed to be maintained poorly, close to highway and we had to request a room switch because of fly infestation and cigarette ashes on floor.

Old and smelly rooms. Fairly clean.

There were stains on the bedsheets, drool stains on the pillows. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The sink vanity was put together with raw plywood. The couch in the room looked like it had dirt all over it. To top it off, the lock for the front door was working so we couldn't even lock the door. Needless to say we left after 10 minutes and luckily got a refund. I have stayed in many Ramadas and have NEVER had this experience. They actually expected $300 for this dump!

The fridge is small with no freezer. No elevator which means no carts.

The property matches the star rating. Just let that manage your expectations and you will find it is very adequate and a good value. It was clean, breakfast was good and it was surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the highway.

Not as advertised. Room looks totally different. Not clean. Beds not comfortable.
