Room was tiny, definitely not a room for two people.

Breakfast was good. Outside house was loud and bed uncomfortable

Great location, great hotel lounge, bar… Map shows a different location 2 blocks off on the same street. Needs fixing

Stayed 3 nights in a triple, one adult and two children. We stayed in the building across the street from reception and the restaurant. The room was basic but comfortable. The top maybe two floors are not updated as the bottom floors are. We were on the 8th floor and it did get warm but the patio door opened to help cool off the room. Towels are a bit worn. Definitely recommend the breakfast, it was something we all enjoyed. Coffee machine in lobby area was also appreciated and available at all hours. Foosball table in the lobby of second building was great for the kids. Location is excellent, short walk to fish market and to train station. Housekeeping came by daily to refresh the room. We did arrive in Bergen at about 11am but our room wasn't available until after 4pm.

The room didn’t have luggage racks so the suitcases had to be on the floor, the water kettle would be nice to make a tea on cold Bergen summer evening. No wardrobe and not enough hangers.

Well located hotel with centre at walking distance compose of three independent buildings that aged differently. We had an issue proposed parking facilities and misleading information on pricing.

The front desk receptionist “Helen” was amazing!! She takes pride in her job and is very professional!!

Excellent and friendly dtaff, we extended our stay and our new key cards awaited us in the reception when we went to the breakfast in the morning! And the breakfast was great! Clean room and overall spacious room and bathroom. Devi ately recommend !!

Breakfast buffet was great but extremely expensive. Location was ok, about .5mile from the center of everything (easily walkable). This one is on me, but there is no AC in the rooms - we were on the third floor during a heat wave (however, staff were as helpful as they could be and provided a fan). Grounds were clean and well kept but the walls & lamp shade in my room had stains of some sorts. Staff was always pleasant and ready to help. Great value for the price; I’d consider staying here again.

Feokosten var super, betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, var gaske rent hele hotellet om bader på rommet var litt slitt. Selve rommet var ikke bra, var lite til 4 personer og uten aircondision, ble altforvarmt om nettene, sov veldig dårlig alle sammen, hoved sengen var heller ikke behagelig desverre.
