This hotel was top-notch on every level. The staff was welcoming and helpful at every aspect of our stay. The restaurant was amazing and I would recommend eating here more than any other place in town, and that is not to discredit any other establishment...it's just that great!

This place is pretty tired and no effort is made to make it look less tired than it is. The staff gives lots of good chat and is perfectly friendly but there was not much substance behind it. The milk I was promised for my room never materialised, room service was left in the hallway all day, etc. a charge for coffees at breakfast was added without being told there was a charge for « specialty ». Overall quite disappointing.

Good size rooms. Very friendly staff. Pool, steam room, salt room, experience shower and jacuzzi all great. Excellent breakfast.

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Very quiet and picturesque location. Excellent breakfast and spa. Only slight negative is we upgraded to a Deluxe room and I would suggest it was average rather than deluxe.

Breakfast was excellent with good variety of choice. Spa facilities excellent but unlikely to use on a Saturday as busy. Surprised from a health and safety point of view to see a group of six drinking alcohol in the jacuzzi ..

The hotel is located in a lovely spot in Inveraray. The room we had was very clean, tidy and comfortable. There was sufficient parking bays available. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and there was a lot of choice on the menu.The hotel is situated about 10min walk from the centre of Inveraray. There are some lovely shops, places to eat and things to see in Inveraray. I would recommend the Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa as a place to stay when visiting Inveraray.

Clean, good facilities and staff

Fantastic stay at the Loch Fyne. The hotel was really clean and the facilities were well kept with stunning decor. We enjoyed the outdoor spa facility which was new and very clean. Ee brought our dog who was treated very well. Staff is really nice. We also dined at the restaurant and the dinner was a proper fine dining experience with dishes perfectly executed. Well done Chef! Among the waiters the blond slim pretty girl stood out for kindness and professionality. I did not take her name but I hope this is passed to management as her service was exceptional.

Absolutely love this place, getting married here in March and know we won’t regret it. Lovely people, rooms, food and location!

This was the perfect place for a dog friendly get away. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough! Even for our dog! Breakfast was lovely and overall it was a really great trip

Room 308, mattress has gone on left hand side, shower tray drain fills up as drain is choked , light above sink is faulty, positives though it is a nice hotel, good staff, food excellent, overall clean ,

All staff lovely, amenities great, room very clean. Previous guest’s lipsal left under bedside table, strangely but other than this immaculate. Very dog friendly at dinner and bar. Very responsive staff. A proper luxury hotel. Food and wine really good.
