Standard hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location not particularly inviting but convenient for access to Attenborough Reserve.

Really appreciated their thoughtfulness. We stayed here to avoid the heatwave because of my son’s medical condition. I had booked a queen‑size room since it was the only option available, but I asked if we could stay in a twin room and explained our situation. They kindly prepared a room with two single beds for us, and it was clear that they took great care to make us comfortable. We ended up staying an extra night because we felt so relaxed during a difficult time. It turned into an unexpectedly lovely little holiday for us. Thank you so much.

Very friendly, quietish and well located hotel close to the M1 and yet within just a couple of miles from the Derby canal which makes a pleasant walk.

I tried to reschedule my stay due to the red heat warning. Expedia tried to contact the hotel several times but failed. I ended up paying for a stay that I was unable to use.

The room was great; very clean, amazing shower and comfy bed. Helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was great.

Room was not sound proof heard so much noise, slamming of doors.

Unfortunately there was black mould in my first room which was swiftly sorted by the receptionist. The stairs were in need of a refurbishment and there were huge potholes in the carpark. Overall the hotel felt tired and in need of a refurbishment.

Excellent location close to the motorway yet a very quiet hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times before and it is my hotel of choice in that particular area.
