Warm friendly greeting from the two ladies on reception, checked us in promptly and explained how the parking worked. Room was big and very modern with really good amenities including a small fridge which was a great touch, the bar was good and staff friendly, all in all a great place to stay.

The lift broke and as a disabled person the 2nd floor was an issue so Alison on reception not only moved me to the ground floor but collected all my belongings and brought them down for me. The room was clean comfy and quiet, would recommend the breakfast as well, purchase with your booking it’s cheaper. The only other issue I had was the disabled toilet was out of use in the reception I would however stay again.

Hotel has been refurbished and is clean, friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t have dinner or attended the bar, but breajfast was excellent . Not sure if there was a vegetarian option thiugh

Comfortable overnight stay. Clean, modern room. Staff were friendly and supportive with mix up at breakfast. The room was advertised with a sofa bed but it wasn't a bed, just a small sofa. Regardless I would recommend the hote; also in close proximity to the motorway.

The staff were lovely and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downfall: Car Park & Parking I arrived at night, and the car park isn't well-lit. Also, the markings are not clear so people are not parking correctly. This meant that I couldn't use a disabled space for my mother and had to drop her at the front and park further out. The signs for the disabled spaces weren't very clear either. The surface is also not great, which was a bit of a hazard while trying to walk through the car park, in the dark.

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable. Conveniently placed for easy access to the M1 motorway and far enough away to avoid traffic noise. Let down by the menu options and during my stay could only eat in the bar area as the restaurant was occupied by block booking groups.

Great hotel. Comfortable, clean, refurbished rooms. Great amenities. I forgot to mention to reception though that there wasnt a hairdryer in my room. I didnt eat in the restaurant as no healthy options.
