호텔 입구 바로 옆에서부터 흡연자들의 담배연기가 내리는 차까지 고스란히....리뉴얼 되었다고 들었는데 방 안에 들어가니 소파는 더럽고 옆방과 전혀 방음이 안 되고 다리미판은 너무 더러웠다! 방 밖으로 지나가는 소리 다들리고 - 도착하여 저녁을 먹었는데 밥 먹는데 기다리는데만 4,50분 걸리고 직접 가서 주문하고 손을 들어 직원을 부르는데도 본체만체하고 무시하는 직원까지...기다리는 동안 메뉴판,테이블은 끈적거림과 눈에 보이는 더러움으로 정말 실망이고 한 메뉴는 30분 기다려도 안 나오고 직접 보이는 직원 두 명에 걸쳐 주문했더니, 한 직원이 주문을 잊었다고!!! 결국 커피 한 잔 마시는데 30분 넘게 기다리고 아이는 방에 들어가고 싶다고 하고,,정말 기대와 반전이었다!! 컴플레인 했더니 저녁식사 비용은 취소했지만 시간과 인내, 화남이 1시간 반동안, 아이와 함께..아이는 우리 밖에 없었고 바 이용이 많았고! 특히 가족 비추!!!

리셉션에서 친절하게 안내해주었고, 주차장도 무료로 이용 가능하여 편리하였다. 조식도 맛있었으며 어린이에게는 무료로 제공해주어서 비용을 절약할 수 있었다.

Clean room, good shower and friendly staff

Comfortable overnight stay. Clean, modern room. Staff were friendly and supportive with mix up at breakfast. The room was advertised with a sofa bed but it wasn't a bed, just a small sofa. Regardless I would recommend the hote; also in close proximity to the motorway.

The lift broke and as a disabled person the 2nd floor was an issue so Alison on reception not only moved me to the ground floor but collected all my belongings and brought them down for me. The room was clean comfy and quiet, would recommend the breakfast as well, purchase with your booking it’s cheaper. The only other issue I had was the disabled toilet was out of use in the reception I would however stay again.

Hotel has been refurbished and is clean, friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t have dinner or attended the bar, but breajfast was excellent . Not sure if there was a vegetarian option thiugh

Uncomfortable, hard bed. Noise, sounded like furniture being dragged around in night/early hours. Breakfast not great. Staff very nice.

Yes. Lovely selection. No soggy bacon! Table quickly cleared. My bedroom was modern and spacious. Perfect

The staff were lovely and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downfall: Car Park & Parking I arrived at night, and the car park isn't well-lit. Also, the markings are not clear so people are not parking correctly. This meant that I couldn't use a disabled space for my mother and had to drop her at the front and park further out. The signs for the disabled spaces weren't very clear either. The surface is also not great, which was a bit of a hazard while trying to walk through the car park, in the dark.

Staff were obliging ,always helpful , it was clean and comfy beds and the breakfast was excellent ,the only downside when i wanted a bottle of water ,the only water available was in a Tin ,which was very expensive .

Newly renovated room was very comfortable and quiet. A very pleasant stay. I did not use the restaurant but the staff at reception were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel, the room was lovely. Great service from all the staff. Breakfast was good. Would happily stay again.

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable. Conveniently placed for easy access to the M1 motorway and far enough away to avoid traffic noise. Let down by the menu options and during my stay could only eat in the bar area as the restaurant was occupied by block booking groups.

Great hotel. Comfortable, clean, refurbished rooms. Great amenities. I forgot to mention to reception though that there wasnt a hairdryer in my room. I didnt eat in the restaurant as no healthy options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room have been updated recently and was very well equipped. The only down side to me was that the mattress was very firm
