Appalling service. Don’t bother upgrading to ‘Deluxe’ There is NO difference. The rooms are dated and tatty. BEWARE the £115 HOLDING charge ! Staff way to run ragged and stressed. EV charging non existent NO SIGNAL to be able to connect the APP. A car blocked the charger for TWO days and the staff done NOTHING about it !

A nice qquiet relaxing stay

Brilliant stay, great amenities, lovely food and drink.

Reception staff were robotic-spoke like they were reciting off a page. Room looked absolutely nothing like advertised and in no way could be called a “suite” With 2 extra beds in there we could hardly move. Food in dinning room was poor. Nachos with melted cheese should have been warm not nachos with cheese squirted out of a bottle. Same with cheeseburgers- should have been proper cheese. Glasses on table were not cleaned correctly- all were dull with water marks. . Candle and salt and pepper set looked like they came from Pound Sjop as did cutlery. Water brought to table was warm- no ice. The list is endless. How hotel is rated 4Stsr is beyond me. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay especially the pool which we used every day,nice and warm which you can’t always say for hotel pools.Convenient bus stop outside the hotel which we used to go into Stratford,Warwick and leamington spa so never used the car for the four days of our stay. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the Saturday evening.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff and in the restaurant were excellent. I enjoyed the swimming pool. Some areas could do with sprucing up.

Great facilities, lovely pool, sauna and steam room. Lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Some of the carpets are tired and need replacing.

Enjoyed the pool , our evening meal and breakfast were excellent . Matt our barman was particularly attentive and polite to everyone

If they replace the mattresses, then it will be a perfect place to stay. Lovely!

Excellent trip with Grandchildren, aged 13 and 10. Staff fantastic very helpful, family room perfect, very comfortable beds.

Beautiful area, great staff and restaurant was amazing

Had university reunion of 10 friends at the hotel and we all ate dinner in the restaurant. Restaurant service and food was excellent for the dinner. Less impressed with faulty key card system that prevented access to the first two rooms allocated to my wife and me at check-in. Overall, we'd be happy to go back.

Every member of staff we had contact with (reception, bar and breakfast) were so lovely and welcoming. My son who is 4 and has SEN needs finds it difficult in new places, and all the staff just allowed him to be a little boy with no judgement being passed, which as a SEN mother means so much, they all put me immediately at ease. The room was made up with a separate bed for my son too! The dinner we had was adjusted to suit his beige eating habits. There was nothing that was too much!

The rooms are looking a bit tired. Our bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable, but the hotel all in all was fine.

Extremely comfortable overnight stay. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Room good size with all amenities and somewhere to actually hang clothes. Two easy chairs very much appreciated, so many hotels only have one per room. Plenty of on site parking

Lovely staff. Need some more traditional menu choices.
