Todo muy limpio, amables, y centrico

La ubicación es muy céntrica con mall, estación de tren, supermercado y restaurantes, el hotel cómodo y muy limpia la habitación, estuve con mi familia por un día.

All the staff ([including the cleaning staff) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. Very near the "historic" centre of Madrid (If you don't mind going uphill but public transport available (bus and metro). Good, local restaurants. Spectacular views of the Rio Manzanares which is easily accessible from the hotel. And if you're staying on a Saturday and Sunday evening, take a 5 minute stroll (exit hotel and turn right and keep walking until you hear the music)) to the manzanares and watch hundreds of Latin Americans (and a few locals and stray tourists i daresay) salsa dancing. Apparently it has become a tradition.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.

Very good buffet breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean updated rooms, fresh breakfast s with variety walking distance ato restaurants and sites.

Excellent location for transportation and dining and shopping

Ubicación excelente frente a estación del metro Príncipe Pío y centro comercial. Personal amable y complaciente. Nos permitieron ingresar temprano sin costo adicional. Limpio y recogido. La losa de la regadera algo curtidas, necesita blanqueador. Pero me volvería a quedar. Es céntrico y buen valor por precio. Gracias.

Hotel has a lounge to relax, and has amenities like a vending machine and coffee machine where you can pay and buy a cup of coffee/ tea and drinks and snacks. I found this a unique concept and quite helpful for guests.

Excelente en todo

The breakfast menu was excellent! The food was diverse and tasty. The location was prime for us. We were able to do anything we needed in the neighborhood. And when we wanted to venture out, the train/subway station, and included a mall, was right across the street.

Great staff and breakfast

No AC in the room, unless its “summer hot” on June/July. Had to keep the balcony open as room was hot. Due to this it was noisy as the cars keep coming including bin trucks to unload in the middle of the night. Sleep was quite disrupting due to this.

Very nice room, well located, close to all the important points of interest. Best of all, in a quiet area away from the busy Madrid streets. In front there is a Mall, food court and also train station
