We are very happy to have experienced and stayed here, especially, we are celebrating the birthday of my youngest until he was happy when we saw him at the pool because of the pandemic. Pool. Even though we stayed there for a night, we really liked their services very accommodating the staff and clean environment also safe to all especially children. Surely they will enjoy it. Perfect for family get together.🤩👍

Get away from hustle & bustle of the City!

Rooms and facilities need to be renovated. Guests will have to walk quite a distance to the rooms and there was no elevator. Food served at the restaurant was tasty and affordable.

The overall ambiance of the hotel is very eerie and looks haunted. The room has poor lighting and there were no complimentary towels ready when we arrived. We had to phone the staff more than three times before we had our towels. Housekeeping service is also bad. We have to wait more than an hour for them to fix the broken fixtures on the veranda which was left that way before we arrived. Overall, the price is fair and don't expect too much for this hotel. Im slightly disappointed on this hotel chain as I've been to Waterfront Cebu but was received totally opposite than here. Pros- Very wide area to roam around, nice pool and jacuzzi. Cons - Unwelcoming beach and staff, poor lighting, poor service, place is too far away from the malls, restaurants, etc.

The room was dusty. I contacted the front desk about it.

Booked online via app. Arrived at the hotel around 2.50pm. Staff couldn't find my name in their system. I waited too long 1 hour I think. Only to find out it was encoded as "Relman" even if I booked my name correctly. *Checked in the room almost 5 in the afternoon. So disappointed!

Very spacious and comfy rooms. Friendly staff and very yummy food ate Cafe Uno.

They did not informed us that the big pool is under maintenance.

Celebrated Christmas here and I must say it's worth the price. But, I am just concerned with the pool which is not clean and the reception's que were slow. Checking in and Out takes 15-25mins Their computers are outdated. I don't know what system they are using but they must update their system. I saw the PC on the counter with the Microsoft Version I used way back High School Days. PS I am 25 years old right now.

They have spacious room but it needs refurbishing. It's a bit old esp the bathroom. The guests were a bit disappointed because they were asked for corkage.

Got a free upgrade to Junior Suite. My family had a great time. very accommodating staff. I highly recommend Water Front Insular Hotel Davao.

We had a great stay even though the hotel is a bit old. There was a problem with the sink when we’re using the bathroom and shower. Hotel ambiance outside is great. Refrigerator was locked and we didn’t use it during our stay.

Good location (accessible to SM Lanang and close to airport), nice big room with full amenities (towel, toiletries, etc), clean, nice surrounding, nice and helpful employees, wide spread of breakfast choices.

Had a great time, all the staff were nice, very accommodating and easy to deal with
