Denise and Rick and the whole staff were wonderful! They were very informative and helpful especially for us 1st timers to Amsterdam! The hotel is located in a great area able to walk to all the sights! And the price was reasonable! Can’t wait to come back!

perfect size room for a single traveler, the stairs were a bit steep but thank goodness for the elevator, and what a great location!!!!

The staff was all lovely, the room was clean, housekeeping came daily, great location.. the only negative I can say is the room was small but that never made a difference to our break

What a fabulous hotel, the staff are next none. They gave us some fantastic recommendations for food, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would recommend and certainly will be back. Thanks guys

An amazing guy at check in. The same guy at check out. Super friendly and made you feel at home. Very nice clean rooms. Great location. Breakfast could be better. Needs a fridge in the room.

Room and location were good. Fire alarm went off and staff didn’t handle it well
