Great place for a family. Good rate.

My stay was fabulous and the staff could not have been more attentive. Lovely!!

Excellent customer service at the reception. Nice recreational activities; the kids had a blast swimming in the pool almost every day. The rooms were also very spacious. The only thing we weren't happy about was that even though the air conditioner was running, it felt very hot in the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Enjoyed the property and all of the amenities. Felt pressured to attend the sales presentation.

Didn't like that our accommodations was clear at the other end of the property nowhere close to any of the activities we had to pay extra money for those activities and was not able to utilize them because they were not close to where we were staying

All the amenities of home. Kitchen washer/dryer. Large rooms jet tub, screened in patio.

Very clean and well stocked with plenty of activities to do for the whole family

Check in was bad and agent was not helpful.

It was a great location. to be close to Branson shows and downtown as well as Tablerock Lake. air conditioning was probably ok for most people but for me my room felt stuffy, the walls are thin, meaning you can hear people plan as day in the next room and the room above. and the Ice machine was broken. other than that, we had a great weekend, I didn't appreciate being solicitated at check in to take part in a timeshare or condo tour. when I told them I wasn't intersted they refused to take no for an answer.

Everything was great. Beds were a little hard.

There are a lot of things to do while at the property.

I loved the spaciousness of the suite we rented. Large living area with separate bedroom and bathroom. Nice spacious patio. Elevator to third floor was dependable.

The stay was okay but we were far from the indoor pool. We did not have enough towels . Our keys did not work at first and we had to drive back over to the main building to get new ones. The room being on third floor was inconvenient,

We like the location and the quiet area. Everyone is very friendly and we will always stay there again.

The staff was nice. My room was clean .

This was our first time staying here. Everything was great. The front desk people were awesome and very friendly and very accommodating .The only drawback was we had a 2 bedroom condo and it was in the back of the property. About a quarter mile from the office, pools, playground. We had to drive to use the pool, to long of a walk with little ones but other than that it was great and clean. Close to everything and everywhere you wanted to go do and see in Branson. We'll definitely stay here again.
