room isolation is very poor

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, and there were no dental amenities provided, but everything else about the hotel was great.

They ran out of some croissants (which could have been fresher when they had them the next day).

Very Useful

The check-in was very quick, room was ready and somewhat clean. TV area and coffee maker space was dusty. I appreciated how quickly the heat turned on and warmed up the room. The TV was a bit slow when pressing the buttons. The toilet was very loud after flushing and noise continued until the tank filled up. I thought the heat was great until I tried to find a good temperature to sleep with. It was too hot on low heat with other dial closer to lower heat. I tried the 2 fan settings and also tried the lower heat with other dial between heat and cool. So I turned off, and woke up cold, turned back on to warm up, woke up hot and that was my sleeping night cycle. When I was okay with the heat I was hearing the pipes as the squeaked when used and other toilets flushing. The bed was nice and cinfy and so were the pillows although I didn't enjoy my sleep the 2 nights I stayed. The shower pressue is strong and that was nice. The fitness room had what I needed, older equipment but it did the job. Continental breakfast was okay, small boiled eggs, coffee and teas, cereal, the fresh fruit was nice! Toast, bagels muffins and some pastries. I wish there were some oatmeal packets. You can upgrade your breakfast for a cost. There was enough parking space even though it was a busy time. All in all I would probably try to be on one of the top floors to avoid the noisey pipes, as for the heater though, I am not sure how that could be fixed.

Quiet n relaxing

Great price point for rooms, especially with a jetted tub. Free continental breakfast which is perfect. My room had a weird smell.. Couldn't tell what it was. The bed was comfortable

It was a clean spot for a good price. Restaurant was good and complimentary breakfast was very nice.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room was well equipped with options for coffee and tea, along with a mini fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was well organized and stocked, and the service was friendly and helpful.

I had an issue with the toilet and sink. I told front desk about it Thursday and Friday. Nothing was done about it when I checked out all they said was because you’re already prepaid. We can’t do anything about it. We can upgrade you on your next day here why would I wanna stay there if they didn’t fix it ASAP when I was there?

Clean room. Pillows were very hard causing discomfort and restless sleep.

The property was great. I did not go to the bar or kitchen. However the room was clean.

Clean room and the staff is amazing

Room was not thoroughly cleaned when my family moved in. The room was close to the road and I can clearly hear people shovelling the snow, so I was barely able to fall asleep again. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was hard and made me have a poor recovery from sleep. The breakfast had a very limited selection. The staff was unfriendly and even rude and declined when I asked whether I can pack the leftover to the car for breakfast. They said I can only eat there, but I said I tried to but time was limited and I cannot finish there, so if they didn’t let me take it with me, the food had to be thrown in the trash.
