Room was very clean.The room was too hot!!Had to turn off heater and open window. Reported to front desk on checkout.The staff was very sympathetic amd reported it to maintenance. Continental breakfast had a good selection.

I checked in around 6 p.m and right of the bat the Hotel clerk wasn't friendly if anything she was a bit rude. I reserved a king suit but the room wasn't anything like the picture at all, there was a jacuzzi and a big sofa in the picture advertised but my room was pretty small and there was stains of smt on the wallpaper. Other than that it was relatively clean as far as maintenance

I booked king suite, and the layout was not great since the desk table was near the door. Staff was very helpful, finding me a queen suite which had better layout. However, the heat system was above the bed the fan making noise all night long, so I didn't have a good sleep on first night. Again with help from the from desk, he shut it down and opened the window so I had better sleep next 3 nights. I usually booked at this hotel or the downtown one. Rate is reasonable included breakfast.
