The hotel was horrible it had mold all over was very smelly had to call each night for air freshener they wouldn’t change the room the toilet made a loud noise when flushing the tv didn’t work the bath in the shower was sinking and rusty the hotel is in a good location it’s just poorly maintained please do not book it’s not worth it I was ready to leave on my first night I had to buy my own sheets and the carpet is very dirty and smelly the pool needs better maintenance they literally use a hose to refill the pool it’s just not the best place to spend any form of vacation or celebration.

The room was a good price and nice size! Staff was nice and accommodating. Loved the smart TV so i watched my Netflix show! The pool had lots of children and water was not clear, hot tub was not hot, so I passed on that. breakfast omelette, making lady was in no rush with a long line

Old and outdated rooms, no lock in doors had to put a chair to feel safe.

Fui el 28 de enero de 2025 y el hotel entero no tenía aire acondicionado, en la recepción me dijeron que estaba en mantenimiento y que probablemente para la madrugada estaría funcionando, pleno verano y sin aire, resulta que al día siguiente hablé con alguien que me dijo que el hotel tenía 1 semana sin aire.

There was a cockroach among the forks at the breakfast buffet. The room smelled musty, and the breakfast was very poor, even the honey and jams tasted very artificial. There was also no hair dryer in the room. I had to request one from the front desk, and it took quite a while for it to be delivered. By the time it arrived, it was already very late, and the buttons were not working properly. I left my socks under the sheets because sometimes I take them off while sleeping and don’t realize it. When I returned to the room, the person who cleaned it had placed my socks on top of the pillow, seemingly trying to make a point. I consider this inappropriate and highly unprofessional behavior, as well as VERY BAD SERVICE.

Las habitaciones del hotel no se encontraban aseadas adecuadamente: alfombras muy sucias, sábanas con mal olor y causaban picazón en la piel. • Se observaron cucarachas vivas en varias habitaciones, tanto en el piso, mobiliario, como saliendo por el drenaje de la bañera. Creando inseguridad en el equipo para desayunar en el lugar al día siguiente. • Equipos sin funcionar: aire acondicionado, mantenia una temperatura más similar a calefacción y no podía ser regulado, televisor en algunas de las habitaciones estaba la mitad de la pantalla dañada y la otra mitad mostraba imagen, la ducha en una de las habitaciones no salía agua, el elevador no llegaba a algunos pisos, se debia marcar otro piso y terminar el recorrido por las escaleras. • Ausencia de toallas en una de las habitaciones. • No atendían los teléfonos para reportar estas situaciones. • El olor a humedad fue tan fuerte y al permanecer expuestos a ello toda la noche, ocasionó complicaciones respiratorias a algunos miembros del personal, incluyendo una crisis asmática en una colaboradora que nos reporta no había presentado episodios en más de 3 años.

I spend 9 days without air conditioner after the third day they send me a pedestal fan the temperature at night time was 84 degrees it was terrible please do not recommend this Hotel I will like the hotel to give me a refund for the staying room

The Room is smelling old an the Carpet is dirty.

The room was clean, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful. On the third day, I was denied breakfast, stating that I did not pay for such service. Since I did not initiate the booking, I accepted the explanation. The A/C is workable, and I would recommend the facility. Roo210

The pictures on the website did not match the real rooms in person. The hotel staff were not nice, but made fun me since I did not speak Spanish let alone understand it. Laughed in my face. The room had mold everywhere, there was a weird smell. The bed was just gross. Me n my friend requested a diff room, but it was the same issue. Mold everywhere, complained to the hotel staff, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Asked for a refund, no answer. We were exhausted from our flight and wanted to relax as soon as we arrived there, but the whole hotel was just disgusting. The shower floor had mold, along with cockroaches. Honestly, this hotel doesn’t even deserve any stars at all. The area is very loud, the pictures shown on here aren’t the same in person. The manager didn’t do anything about it. Even spoke to Expedia and the hotel staff didn’t answer the phone to resolve this issue. Paid for 5 days and didn’t get my money back, not even a sorry from any of the staff. Very unprofessional overall. I’m back from my trip, it’s been 3 days and I still have not gotten my refund back. The staff refuses to speak to Expedia, let alone do anything about this issue. Would not recommend staying here.

The had a very moldy odour, and missing basic amenities found in a hotel room

Hamburger was rock hard like it was precooked Breakfast have the chef cook you an inlet as everything else eggs pancakes etc were cold Bathtub chipped paint those were the issues. But the staff were excellent and room was clean and quiet so I was good. Just eat out
