The breakfast was great, I love the pool.

The room needs a lot of upgrades, old furniture, bathroom the shower is only a hand one, smell in the hallways, old carpets The gym is all broken, nothing works. Is a nice hotel that needs a lot of upgrades.

Muy mala experiencia, el elevador, las alfombras de las habitaciones super viejas, con cucarachas, la tasa del baño de nuestra habitación 809 tenia salidero, no tiene ni mini-refrigerador ni plancha disponibles, hay un olor fuerte en casi todo el hotel como de algun químico que usan no se para que objetivo poeque se ve que esas alfombras llevan muchos años en uso. Lo único bueno es la ubicación y por eso le doy 1 estrella

The room had a weird smell im assuming because the carpets are old. The staff was friendly and they were helpful.

The property was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The ataff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located around a lot of eatries and stores.

The location of the hotel is great close walking distance to restaurants, stores, supermarkets etc. In the lobby is nice. The rooms are spacious, but the bed and the toilets are low. The entire hotel have a unpleasing smell. The gym is not gyming at all. The staffs are patient and helpful try to fix my issues. OVERALL THE PLACE NEED FIXING UP.

The service was good, but they have a humidity problem on all floors and in all rooms. I would like my money back because staying there was a headache. I ended up getting sick, both me and my wife.

Yes shops nearby...... didn't go to the bar so don't know the options.....clean room....staff pleasant.....shout out to Gabby at front desk....Raoul security and bellman and the lovely housekeeper on the 7th floor,,,don't remember her name....she was off one day and I could tell the difference......I work in hospitality so it was refreshing......only down side the light went out a couple times, even though came back immediately, the internet of course took a longer time....but was back on each time by say 5min.....I stayed for 11 nights.....

The property itself was clean and felt safe. Convenient location close to different restaurants and ease of transportation options.
