Clean and easy to navigate the city

It’s more like a 3 star hotel, some of the staff is exceptional but rest brings down the experience drastically. I called up the reception numerous times to get a bath done so that I can use the spa facility! Everytime they picked up they just said I’ll have it shortly but they never sent it! Was there for 4 nights

Could not find any bad things. Break fast was tasty. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Metro were within 5 minutes walk.good restaurents nearby.

The breakfast was excellent! Location was wonderful! Beds a little lumpy but all in all it was a great stay! Staff very friendly.

Breakfast at the Real Palace is very special. Just take the time to enjoy it fully.

Great location for a quiet and peaceful stay, away from busy areas but still close to attractions like Parque Eduardo VII. Easy access to everything. Rooms are comfortable, and while the hotel isn’t modern, it has a nice classic Lisbon charm. Friendly and welcoming staff.

the lobby has a very strong scent. it could be pleasant but not as overwhelming as it is. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. i would stay again!!

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. It was a very comfortable room with the right temperature. I didn’t need to use the gym, but there is an option.

We always love staying at Real Palacio. A hidden gem in the middle of everything!

This is NOT A 5 Start Hotel I give this hotel a 3 Start and I travel a lot in Europe and the Caribbean Breakfast was bad I recommended to eat breakfast out side the hotel the rooms need to be updated the towels were very old

The A/C in the room was not working, and the staff the hotel were not informed anything. I am not recommended this hotel.

Great location, quiet area, three stops away from the centre by Metro. Direct line from the airport as well. Hotel is nice and clean, lovely staff. The only thing, we didn’t like it was a breakfast venue, some strange underground hall with no windows. Breakfast itself was ok. Apart from that, great place to stay.
