Wonderful welcome - all staff friendly and kind; very clean, nicely decorated and size room and bathroom. Love the valet parking. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. Staff made beds every day and replaced towels left on the floor. We felt safe. We were always welcomed. Our room could have used two or three more outlets, especially near the beds. It was well positioned to access attractions and public transportation. Good value for the Expedia price.

Clean room. Fun hotel

This hotel was perfect for a long weekend, everything we had planned was within walking distance or a short uber ride away. The room was very clean and spacious, and over all I found it super quiet even despite being near the elevators. There is a lovely cafe connected to the hotel which I thought was a great perk. Overall lovely stay - great area and very affordable!

I’ve stayed here twice and the last time I was reminded of why I thought I never would again. It’s OKAY. Everything is OKAY. I don’t understand how this is listed as a 4 star property. It is bare bones, no frills, period. Rooms are clean enough, there are no ice buckets - someone brings it to you on request. There is no body or hand cream available. There is no bar soap. No water bottles. You really get no extras whatsoever. The parking is a pain - because it is valet and there is only ever one on staff, you are sometimes waiting a fair amount of time for your car. But the worst thing about this place, that hasn’t improved since my first stay, is the pillows. I do not understand these things. They look fluffy enough, but after a few short minutes they turn into flat bags of wet sand. This is across the board. We all found this to be the case. Get ready for some serious neck pain. The location is good if you want to be close to Plateau or Quartiers des Spectacles

Short birthday trip to Montreal staff was very courteous. All needs were meet, especially when we needed any extra towels. I also appreciated that the Cleaning staff came later to check on the room after we were still asleep. We didn’t use the gym or bar. Spent most of our three days exploring.

Great location! The hotel was clean and the rooms a great be size. Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to several restaurants, including Schwartz's, shopping and if you don't mind a good walk it is definitely walkable to old Montreal and the port
