Location great pool noce

Hotel needs a major update, security is really strict about mining less stuff,back sliding door was broken,ac did not work,beds are really hard, I booked cause of reviews, definitely not going back ever again

The room view was good

I call tell they are having issues with the hotel, they are dropping the ball , elevators don't work, jacuzzi does not work, the room we stayed bathroom sink was clogged very little towels housekeeping was late, we kept asking for clean towels, the microwave was dirty, if they don't get new management soon this nice hotel will loose its great ratings. It was very sad to see how it's slowly declining in exelence.

For the entire property only 1 working elevator per tower. Extremely dated (2000) much maintenance is needed

The view was amazing Room had a sewer smell in closet also had ants

Nice location, staff friendly, dingy towels they looked Grey instead of white. If you want breakfast is an additional charge.

The beds are clean and I love the ocean view. The buffet was not that good

Cuartos muy limpios servicio ecxelente, el cuarto necesita un poco de mantenimiento el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y goteaba mucho tuvimos que tirar una toalla en el piso porque habia mucha agua

I will agree with what most people said about the hotel being very outdated. The pictures of the resort are old! Our beds were so hard, and one had a spring sticking out.

Great service and we had the best vacation ever all the personnel were helpful we definitely recommend it l!

The staff was so nice. My cousin and I had two different rooms right next to each other. They did NOT have a safe. BIG disappointment, especially since my cousin's American money was stolen out of her room where she hid it. We think it was the maid. We did not eat on the property so I couldn't tell people whether that was good or not. We ate breakfast across the street at Gus Gus for two weeks and the food and staff were EXCELLENT. We ate dinner there a couple nights too, and I can honestly say, the fish and other types of food were ALWAYS fresh, tasty, and prepared exactly as we requested them. Everything was great and convenient at this hotel. They just should NOT rent out rooms WITHOUT safes, especially since they have a THIEF amongst their staff.

This is a very nice hotel. The amenities are excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly but the rooms themselves are outdated with tile floorr so you hear the people upstairs moving chairs. I could hear the people next door having sex. It's too bad because the hotel itself is very nice

My parents celebrated their 60 year anniversary here and the loved their experience. Staff was absolutely wonderful and made their stay memorable. Sofi, the front desk attendant, was attentive, super friendly and very helpful! Concierge went out of their way to help my parents find a local photographer so they could get some amazing shots to capture their special day. They were also upgraded so they could have a suite on the first floor and Sofi and staff gifted them a bottle of Champagne! The accommodations were great and the views were beautiful but it is the people who made their anniversary getaway so very special and I am so grateful for all they did.
