A wonderful stay, the only complaint being we were there for only the one night! Fantastic room, great food and excellent service. Without doubt we will return thank you.

Absolute gem of a hotel . The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and lovely and cool with air conditioning. All the little extras in the room were so well thought out like the Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and toiletries. We will stay again

Great hotel with excellent breakfast!

We stayed two nights. The car park was a decent size, the room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed and the staff we friendly and polite. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a day at Wimbledon. The train station was just a ten minutes walk away. The only thing that could have been better... The first morning we had breakfast I was told there was no decaf coffee and that peppermint tea would be extra (not included with the breakfast). I opted for the tea. The next morning I asked for the peppermint tea and said I knew it wasn't included, a different person said that it was included and that the previous tea had been taken off my bill. I later found at that there was also decaf coffee. It was amusing if a little frustrating but didn't ruin my stay.

We had a nice stay, the train station is close so easy to get around. The hotel is well kept, staff are very friendly and helpful. There was however a poor greeting from the receptionist on our arrival, which didn't create a good first impression. Our room was well equipped for a short stay, good breakfast.

Secure parking if you arrive early

Pleasant modern rooms, lovely staff and a great breakfast. Very handy having a decent pub on your doorstep 🙂 Great stay - would return.

We only spent one night during the June 2026 heatwave, the hotel had AC which was amazing with 36/37°C outside, iced water available at reception also most welcome. Hotel and room were, clean and tidy and the staff were smart, friendly and keen to make sure your stay was the best it could be. Bar prices were excellent and breakfast was spot on. 10/10 and we are already talking about returning for a bit longer next time.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, convenient location to lots of shops and restaurants, easy parking. Rooms were large and comfortable. Discount for the pub/restaurant downstairs was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service

A wonderful stay as always. Beautiful superior suite, comfy big bed, roll top bath in room was amazing. Lovely staff, The breakfast and dinner is always fantastic.

We loved this hotel. Close to Kingston Bridge. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The rooms had everything including fresh milk. We would definitely stay again.

The White Heart pub and hotel was excellent. Great location for Hampton Court Palace. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And very clean. Breakfast was excellent even catered for gluten free. Would recommend and definitely would return.

I recently stayed at The White Hart Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with any requests. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the food and service were of a very high standard. What stood out most was the friendly atmosphere created by the team, who genuinely seemed to care that guests enjoyed their stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Free parking was a bonus. Convenient for transport to and from London with a pleasant bar and beer garden to relax in at the end of a busy day in the city. This was our second time staying at The White Hart and would happily return. Highly recommended.

Charming hotel with very friendly staff that is a great central for day trips to Windsor, Hampton Court, and London. The train station is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is kitty corner to the Thames. You can walk 5-10 min to restaurants, or enjoy the one at the hotel. Room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The car park for guests is the icing on the cake.

Everything was excellent, the jewel in the crown of this property is undoubtedly the staff, every one of them absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble, all happy and smiling, that makes a big difference to your hotel experience
