Very good hotel in a central area for transport and travel around the island. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay. I would certainly recommend this to anyone and will plan to stay here again. The general manager took time to chat with guests at breakfast to ensure any issues could be resolved.

Sad to say apart from the very central location with lots of restaurants and shops on your footstep, the breakfast being good and its staff, plus the pool area on the roof, the hotel is quite run down, the rooms needing plenty of TLC, the reception staff unprofessional, it’s just not worth the money - really overpriced.

CENTRAL LOCATION WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, LOVELY BREAKFAST SPREAD, CLEANING STAFF COULD DO WELL TO ENSURE FLOORS ARE WELL SWEPT

Great location and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a limited sea view room which was very roomy however was quite noisy from the road at night. We planned on using the indoor pool and jacuzzi but these were both dirty with murky water

The first room I was given was miniature. I'm 175cm tall. The ceiling was 20cm above my head. Bathroom was so small that you had to squeeze yourself into a gap to use the toilet and knees are pressing against the vanity. I went down immediately and asked for a change and was told they had to speak to management. Was given a change of room but no apology. It was not the room I booked though. Hotel is extremely busy. Breakfast has limited options. Bare basic.

Was nice for a mini break for husbands Birthday hotel is in a great Location for bus and boat travel.

Lovely hotel, really professional and friendly staff.

Hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to St. Julians, and Valletta. Loved that the room had a great view of the boardwalk with the boats. Breakfast was good, and thank you to all the attendants who made our stay special. Don't hesitate, book it.

Elevetor out of service from the late afternoon, for the check out early in the morning need to carry for 5 floors the luggage’s and nobody helping. During the stay and during all night many noise from other rooms full of young people that shouting and screaming for funn until 4 AM.

Great hotel, amazing location bus stop outside and ferry service to Valletta 10 minute walk away. Suzi Q bar do delicious banana Mojitos. Only downside to my stay was the lift broke a couple of times during the week. On our last day it broke which resulted in us having to carry our suitcases down 6 floors

First night was Bad , the hotel chillers was spoiled i believe everyone suffer this day but the next day the manager in charge make it up for us and give us a bigger appartment and additional time for checking out, Managers trying to please the clients actually they are doing their works perfectly but the hotel needs alot of maintenances and maybe upgrading there fridges also not good and their showers has leackages etc...

The pictures they show are NOT of this hotel. The cross pool pictured is situated at a different hotel. Please be aware of this before booking so to not be disappointed like we were when we turned up. Was told it was €30 per person, per day to use that pool that they show in the pictures. Only small rooftop pool at this hotel.

I stayed in Room 404 as a solo traveller. The Hotel and Location is PERFECT. It’s a beautiful bay with the boats tours to other locations a short walk away. Breakfast is superb , fantastic bar and a pasta restaurant and others . The rooftop sunbathing is superb with a nice pool and showers and saunas and heated indoor pool . I am coming back as it’s perfect for me. Gina the room service lady does a fantastic job and is a credit to the Hotel all staff are superb and it was a pleasure to stay here See you soon Jason

Not bad for an ST Hotels property but not the nicest one in the group, having stayed at the Azur Hotel I think the Azur is nicer than the Bayview. Some minor housekeeping challenges and the room is a little small but all in all a good stay. Recommend to look at the Azur or Alavits instead of the Bayview. Visit Fasta Pasta in the lobby of the hotel for the nicest pasta on the island, maybe in the world!

Shower tray was broken which meant there was water flowing into the bedroom and into the corridor. The room should not have been let out in that state. With limited time wanting to explore Malta, we didn’t want to waste our time but ended up explaining the issue to 4 different people who didn’t write anything down and passed on half the information to others. I don’t believe the room would pass safety standards as having that much water flowing in a room is obviously dangerous. The staff weren’t very helpful, especially Ajay who seemed to think it wasn’t an issue. It’s a shame as the location is good.

The hotel is well-located within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and tourist attractions. I loved the breakfast and all the amenities. Great values for the price.
