The airport transfer service is a big plus point. They also have shuttle bus to the nearby Aeon which will allow you to go to the Naritasan easily. room is spacious, though it does looks old.

Next time I come back here. There is a shuttle bus to Narita station and a shuttle bus back to the hotel. Best

Spacious room. Best hotel in Japan. Quiet atmosphere, and there is a free shuttle bus to JR station.

Have stayed here 4 times, check-in time is easy, can be anytime. Room facilities are good and there is a shuttle bus to the airport

Strategic location for airport transit

When exiting the station, it was nice to have a pick-up from the hotel that took us to Aeon Mall and to other hotels. The hotel is comfortable and clean of course. The room is clean. Complete. Everything works. But for me personally, I was only given 2 pillows. Not enough for 2 adults, it would be better to have 4 pillows.

It was a pleasure to stay at Narita Gateway Hotel, the service was friendly and polite.

Everything was perfect and the airport transfer too.

The view is so amazing, there ara forest and swimming pool in the hotel it make the hotels feels so straight.

Old and smells of cigarette smoke. There is nothing to do in the hallway. It smells of cigarette smoke.

Everything is good but the bed is a bit hard.

The hotel is not new but it's very good, there are shuttle bus to pick you up but it's around 45 minutes. If you took taxi to go the hotel, you will pay around 3,000 yen. The facilities in hotel are proper and abundant.

I like the room, a little vintage but very clean and comfortable. View is so beautiful. There is a free airport shuttle bus every hour so it's very easy to get to the airport. Thank You
