The outside doesn’t look good but the rooms and clean, comfortable bed , clean bathrooms and the place is near the restaurants.

The place itself was nice and a great location. We were on the 3rd floor for 5 nights. The people above us stomped at all hours of the night. By the end of our stay, we realized they are staff who live up there. You’d think they would be more aware of how loudly they stomp around with guests below, but nope. It was not a restful stay. I notified management in an email and got no response.

Excellent staff.

The room was nice and well apportioned. The building however was under construction with no flooring or paint in the hallways which was not disclosed. We are ate the restaurant one night which was very good

My family enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was awesome to have a washer and dryer in the room. We used the pool many times. It was always clean and had generous hours. We will definitely come back.

Used for family Xmas. Accommodated us by having two rooms together. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, lots of towels and bedding. Kids loved pool, hot tubs and games room. Staff friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool and hot tub and waterslide were excellent for our grandkids of 6 yrs and 4 yrs. Nice suite excellent cooking facilities and BBQ on balcony. Nice place to stay for the price.

This was our second stay here and it has been fantastic both times.

Sunset Resorts was perfect for our needs. The suite was spacious and very well equipped. We had 10 family members in 3 rooms but were able to easily gather together. The staff were very helpful, the underground parking was good. We easily walked into town and found restaurants and enjoyed the atmosphere. We would definitely book at Sunset Resorts again.

We had a great stay! Unfortunately, our time at the property was limited due to our busy hiking schedule, but it was a nice place to come back to in the evening, and our two-bedroom accommodations were spacious, with plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. The hot tub was a nice way to end our day however the beds were very uncomfortable in our room and left us wanting more hot tub time! We had some housekeeping complaints as well, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

The staff at the front desk are phenomenal and friendly. Pool is close and clean. Local restaurants offer discounts and we had several enjoyable meals. We actually stayed here twice as we changed travel plans to avoid jasper since the wildfires. Room we had the first time was smaller, one bedroom and cozy. The room we had the second time had two bedrooms and beautiful.

Just what I needed. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the essentials. I wish they provided aluminum foil or baking sheet as well as salt.

Beds were a little hard. Lighting in kitchen could have been a lot brighter. Overall not bad. Floors could be washed. Not dirty to see but our feet were very dirty by end of day

The property itself was very nice. Finding the property was difficult. The office is hidden, there is no convenient parking to enter the office. Parking itself was unlike anything we had ever experienced. There were numerous codes for the underground garage, elevator, room entrance. It was very confusing. I would not recommend this location.
