The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely (day or night) and highly recommend it. The location is very convenient with easy walking distance to many dining options off property and quick car/taxi access to most of the things a visitor would want to see. But...rooms are very dated as was the onsite restaurant. I found the front desk staff to be rude and not at all accommodating. Overall, definitely not a 5-star experience but a reasonable 3-star option as long as you manage your expectations. That's just not what we wanted or what we paid for averaging over $400 per night in the off-season.

Quit overpriced property, need a serious revamp and good TLC. A 5 stars in the low end with an ultra luxury and exclusive pricing ! Service is really great with an expectation to tip right left and center ! A bit annoying

Breakfast was fantastic. Long wait times for tea and coffees but food was exceptional Rooms were clean and spacious although dark and poorly lit

The stay at Sofitel Marrakech Palais was excellent- amazing service and rooms. Our stay was unfortunately very short and barely an evening spent. But the beds were very comfortable and shower stalls and toilet all appeared modern and newly renovated.

Splendid breakfasts

Great location in Hivernage district, safe for walking, restaurants and nightlife nearby. Beautiful classic Moroccan palace style, lush gardens, luxury hotel feel. Multiple outdoor pools but unfortunately only one pool available to us was heated - the main pool was very cold and virtually unuseable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options but don’t expect traditional English cooked breakfast. Lovely staff, all helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, good balcony with view over pool and gardens. Shower water a bit smelly. Fortunately we had the quiet side of the hotel so the late night noise from Nobu rooftop music did not bother us in our room. The Orangerie and So Lounge restaurants were superb with good entertainment. All in all a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Everything was perfect

Lovely room with a beautiful view over the pool and the snow-toppped Atlas Mountains! The pool area is fantastic and the pool is so crisp and refreshing. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and had a special range of gluten-free mini cakes which was fab!

Terrible . Loud parties around exposé to trafic and busy and you can hear the Life outside of the hôtel . Bad experience in général hôtel is extremely big very big huge felt like a City that hotel impersonal détachéd Breakfast display and offerings are the best i have seen in the world ! Amazing worth it for a visit and the expérience . Outside sitting was fabulous .
