I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests deserve to know what to expect. This hotel has a quaint appearance, but our stay was overshadowed by poor management and a lack of customer service. A staff member aggressively banged on our door and accused us of smoking marijuana in our room. We had not smoked in the room. While the false accusation was upsetting, management's response was far worse. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging how inappropriate the situation was, they defended the employee's actions. I was even told they had reviewed the security footage and heard me call the employee an "a**hole." Rather than addressing why we were treated that way, the focus was on criticizing my reaction. No apology was offered, and no effort was made to resolve the situation or restore our confidence as guests. The rest of the stay reflected the same attitude. Staff were unfriendly, the carpets were dirty, there is no restaurant, the bar only operates on Fridays and Saturdays, and the only other food option is vending machines. There was no housekeeping during our stay, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and cell service was poor. A hotel's true character is shown by how it handles problems. This hotel failed completely, and I would not recommend staying here.

On est client régulier (au moins un séjour par année depuis des années). Un bel environnement et du personnel attentionné. Toujours un plaisir. Les installations sont très bien et proche de la montagne.

Room service was terrible and no ac the first night and literally upon complaining someone showed up the next day. There were no phones in the room

Very close to Tremblant village. Clean, well maintained rooms with Pool view from most rooms. Property has options for coffee as well.

Very nice staff and clean hotel

Vraiment bel endroit, à mi-chemin entre la ville de Mont Tremblant et le centre de villégiature. On a particulièrement apprécié l’espace dans la suite et la navette qui nous transporte jusqu’au village pour sauver le stationnement !

It is best property little far from activities but ambious, pool and rooms are very good

The room was clean and comfortable with ample space and a nice balcony. Parking is easy and there were lots of spots. The staff was kind, but some need a bit of customer service training (e.g. even if not yet ready to serve the customer at the front desk, you should acknowledge their presence at least).
