The stay was for 3 nights, and unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations. Housekeeping was only offered once during our stay, and at 3 p.m. on the second day — far too late in the day, especially given that the hotel was not busy. We declined. The details were also disappointing: towels were ragged, the dishwasher liquid was empty, and the room felt dated overall. The air conditioning did not work, forcing us to keep the balcony door open throughout the stay. The room was poorly equipped with electrical outlets, and the TVs were not compatible with portable Apple TV units. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the shuttle to the village is a nice feature. Overall, however, the value just wasn’t there. The experience felt underwhelming and not worth the cost. Next time, I’d be willing to invest more for a better-quality stay.

Excellent location room was good but check in was not great

Did not know that there was no bar or shuttle to Tremblant until the weekend. Fireplace not working only during winter. So if you booked weekday and around falls do not expect those.

Hot tub jets not working although water was hot.

Nice family suite, kitchenette equipped with every required item. Quite Common backyard with sitting facility (chairs and table) gives you at home feeling. Enjoyed our stay and recommending friends and family to stay here

The property and rooms are lovely and are located conveniently to the old town and village. The bar is super nice with a great bartender who plays the guitar and sings as well. The rooms are super nice and cozy and comfy. Would defintitely stay again!

Only one note. In hot tub did not bubble now

Large suite, needs a little upgrading. Hot tub had no jets, didn’t go in it to just sit in still hot water with other guests. Very Disappointed Had to get new pans. All scratched and no good for cooking

Well I’ll start with the good, the layout of the rooms are well done, the rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony. Now for the rest, the rooms are in dire need of updating. The doors of the neighbours were right beside ours so we could here them loudly coming in and out. The carpets are disgustingly dirty, the walls are damaged and the bed was totally uncomfortable and sagging. There wasn’t even fitted sheets,not even a bottom sheet that was big enough to fold in, meaning that at some point in the night, we’re all sleeping directly on the mattress. I had asked for a fitted sheet at the front door desk and they said that nobody at the hotel has any. What kind of hotel doesn’t have fitted sheets or even sheets that fit?? The pillows were even due to be changed, the hot tub wasn’t working properly - no jets, neither the coffee machine in the common area. Cleaning wasn’t done while we were there. The pool closed at 7:00 pm on a long weekend! And the bar wasn’t open in the evening either. All in all, we were quite disappointed , especially for the price. We were paying extra because it was a long weekend! When checking out, the lady at the front desk said she hoped we had a nice stay, so I had told her that unfortunately it was not to our expectations, and she just laughed at my comment without even asking why, very poor customer service if you ask me. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the cost.

No wifi , gym not proper , swimming pool close , hot tubs not functioning

The room was clean, segregated bedroom was 4 degrees warmer than the adjacent living area. Exhaust fan was too noisy to use. The outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub were out of commission. There is no restaurant at the hotel as it did in the past, the bar area was closed and there was no shuttle service. Cleaning staff was great.
