Great place, love it

Cet hôtel n'a absolument rien d'un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont sales et ont grandement besoin d'être rénovées. Les murs et les meubles sont abîmés. Les meubles sont recouverts de poussière. Les tapis sont tachés. Les salles de bain sont malpropres (serviettes usées, rideau de douche moisi, plancher sale et drain de douche bouché). Plusieurs ampoules défectueuses. Matelas et duvet recouverts d'un simple drap. Oreillers durs comme du ciment. Il n'avait pas d'électricité à notre arrivée. Il devait avoir lampes de poche et couverture dans les chambres (il y avait seulement des glow-sticks défectueux). Ascenseur non fonctionnel. On était très déçu car on a choisit cet hôtel pour pouvoir utiliser la cuisine dans la chambre et le spa après le ski (spa fermé pour plusieurs jours à cause de la panne). On a donc perdu tout le contenu de notre épicerie et on a du aller manger à l'extérieur en plus de passer la soirée dans le noir. Je comprends que ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement mais il aurait été apprécié d'obtenir un remboursement (même partiel) pour dédommager. Dépôt de ski non sécuritaire (n'importe qui peut partir avec les skis). Nos skis étaient recouvert d'éclaboussures de cire et au moment de les reprendre. Mon conjoint a été extrêmement malade et on soupçonne l'eau du robinet (ils coupaient justement l'eau pour maintenance lors de notre départ). Seul point positif est le service de navette.

Staff was great, shuttle to the hill was good (but it didn’t run until 11pm as stated online - last bus from the village left at 8-something). Great location, decent pricing. Spacious and clean room.

Great little hotel just outside the village

the hot tub was hot enough on the second night we stayed, the first night the hot tub wasn't hot enough for the cold temperature. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was not working throughout our entire stay (one of the main reasons we chose this place). Hot water in the shower ran out after 2-3 showers and had to wait another couple of hours until it was hot enough again.

I loved this hotel. The atmosphere is classic ski chalet with a nice fireplace and bar on the main floor. The shuttle is so convenient. Every staff member was so kind and friendly. My ONLY comments were the hot tub was not very hot and robes were not available in the room. You have to ask for a robe. Otherwise this hotel was fantastic and I’d love to stay here again!

Extremely Disappointing Stay, Not What You Expect From a Luxury Hotel. Our recent stay at the Château in Mont-Tremblant during Christmas vacation was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. At check-in, we were told to choose one single day during our weeklong stay for housekeeping service. We selected a day, only to later be told,after that day came and went,that there would be no cleaning service at all. Not once during our entire stay was our room cleaned. We were instructed to retrieve our own towels daily, along with toilet paper. To make matters worse, when we checked in, the toilet paper roll in our bathroom was already used and nearly finished, with a sticker placed on it—implying we were expected to continue using it. I have never, in any hotel, experienced being welcomed with a used toilet paper roll. We stayed in a family suite for six people, which made the situation even more unacceptable. The toilets repeatedly clogged, and each time we had to track someone down to come unclog them. Six people, clogged plumbing, zero cleaning, and no basic service,during peak winter holiday season. This was not an isolated issue. Many guests during that week were visibly upset and expressing similar frustrations. The staff would acknowledge concerns in the moment but never followed through—no towels delivered, no check-ins, no solutions.

Put clean room the carpet was not clean at all

Cozy hotel and room but service was definitely lacking, especially the front desk. We asked to leave our luggage at reception earlier than our check in time and the man at the front desk made it very difficult for us. We were not given enough sheets for the extra beds and when we asked for them they were dirty and stained. Overall mediocre experience.

This was surprisingly great experience. Rooms were big, on site ski storage with full ski services, games room all elevated the experience. Christopher at the bar was exceptional. created an amazing fun and engaging apres-ski environment.

The room was clean, spacious and more than I anticipated.

Fantastic rooms and staff. Only negative is the volume of the elevator ringtone. I could hear it in the room even with music playing.

Nice room, smelled musky, asked for the room to be cleaned but no luck, no phone in rooms, no restaurant. Overall great location, and lots of parking with a good bar when it’s open! Thanks Chris who is the bartender!

Séjour du 26 au 28 déc 2025 / Suite familiale 1 chambre / 2 adultes & 2 enfants Points forts : propre, navette efficace qui passait au 30 minutes pour aller au Village piétonnier de Tremblant, possibilité de louer équipement de ski sur place (moins cher qu'à Tremblant.ca), lit mural & lit régulier confortables, personnel gentil Points faibles : Canapé-lit inutilisable (on sentait les springs, renfoncé, extrêmement inconfortable), les 2 enfants ont donc dû dormir dans le même lit ce qui n'était pas du tout le plan, suite familiale mal conçue car les portes de la chambre fermée sont des portes françaises avec vitres, donc impossible de laisser la lumière ouverte une fois les enfants couchés sans les incommoder car la lumière se diffuse dans l'autre pièce, porte de la chambre de bain de la chambre fermée également en vitre alors bye bye l'intimité quand tu vas aux toilettes et réveil assuré quand ton conjoint(e) se lève la nuit pour aller à la salle de bain et ouvre la lumière, bain tourbillon extérieur inutilisable car eau tiède (quand il fait -15 degrés, tu ne vas pas dans un bain tiède/froid), porte du lave-vaiselle ne fermait pas, lorsque j'a appelé pour savoir si l'hotel offrait des rabais pour l'équipement ou le ski, on ne m'a jamais dit qu'on pouvait louer l'équipement sur place. Vraiment dommage car l'équipement était moins cher à l'hotel qu'à Tremblant.ca et nous aurions pu éviter la file à Tremblant, aucun ménage fait pour séjour de 2 nuits.

Expensive for what you get, everything was a little tired looking. Not enough pillows and blankets. Hot tub was broken. Nice to have 2 bathrooms especially if you are traveling with kids. Had all the basics, fridge stove microwave etc
