3ieme fois à l'hôtel toujours à la hauteur de nos attentes, super propre, personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Les vendredis et samedis profitez en pour aller voir Chris au bar, il met une ambiance de fête dans l'hôtel, il nous fait vivres des bons moments où l'on peut décrocher du quotidien. À refaire!

We had a very nice stay the first time, so we booked it again. However, this time, there was no shuttle service to the village, the spa was out of order, and the water in the interior pool was cold! I was kind of disappointed, but still, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! We came mid-winter, and it was cold! My only major issue was that the hot tub area was ice-cold, with no sign indicating it was out of commission. Because of the icy rocks, I slipped while walking towards the hot tub, but thankfully, I didn't hurt myself. So a sign, or caution tape to let people know would've been nice. Otherwise, this place was lovely. The staff was kind and accommodating. They did run out of bathrobes though, but we didn't care too much about that.

Les lits étaient pas propre, quand on a été a la reception la personne ne savait pas quoi faire nous a remis juste des draps, personne pour venir le faire, ensuite il on passer des souffleurs partout dans le stationnement , toute nos autos étaient sales. Aucun service de navette pour aller sur le site de Mont-Tremblant comparativement au autre année, le bar de hôtel fermée vendredi et samedi soir.
Je vais a cette hôtel depuis des années, mais malheureusement cette année sera la dernière. J'ai passé 6 jours pour mon séjour et j'ai pas été impressionné.
