Good for families with children. All together the hotel was very run down, not soundproof at all, we could hear kids running and screaming in the hallways the entire trip which was not relaxing at all. Our first room had multiple things broken, and or not properly cleaned. It's fine if you want to just swim in the pool all weekend or use the hottub, but even the hot tub wasn't working properly it felt more like a hot bath with no jets. Shower was broken, wifi didn't reach certain rooms in the hotel. Maintance guy was awful and not clean. However the front staff were very kind and did their best to help out.

Good bang for your buck. Bed a bit crocked in the middle, but overall comfy. Swimming pool overfilled with kids at all times having a ton of fun!

Pas de drap contour sur les lits ils ont envoyés des draps plats simples pour des lits queen, pas de housse pour les couettes, les rideaux ne fermaient pas on a dû les attacher avec une pince à cheveux, entretien moyen

Malheureusement spa en rénovation et je n'était pas au courant on ne m'en pas avertie J'aurais aimé le savoir.. bien de rénové mais pas de nous faire subir les rénovations......

la seule chose négative, l’attente de l’ascenseur

No sauna available and the pool was very Dusty. You charge me 241$ and on my biling it’s suppose to be 171$ and i étant my refund please.

In need of extensive renovation. Water infiltration on floors and walls. Shower needs replacing, soundproofing also needs urgent attention. Besoin de beaucoup, de rénovation. Infiltration d'eau, sur plancher, mure. Douche a changer, insonorisation a voir de tout urgence également

Located right by Université Laval, this hotel is easily accessible and close to good food options. The rooms need a bit of upkeep (plumbing, curtains, tv) but it is very clean.
