The hallways smell bad. Overall, the rooms were ok, the finishings were poorly maintained.

L’hôtel était très bien très propre près de l’université, c’était parfait

La chambre était assez bien. Et bien équipée. Le seul bémol était juste le riz qui était sale.

The hot tub wasn’t working or i couldn’t really find the button, There was no breakfast Room was standard not too lavish

Checked into our room to realize our toilet wouldn’t flush. Notified staff who informed us they would have it fixed before we returned for the night. It was never fixed, we were forced to use their public washroom. Awful. Spa under construction, pool dirty, beds hard as a rock, out-dated. A super 8 would have been better. Not as advertised that’s for sure.

Expérience décevante, spa fermé non annoncé lors de la réservation. Machine à café non fonctionnel à l’accueil. Bruyant entre les chambres. Qualité de chambre moyenne. Savon dans la salle de bain très ordinaire. Aucun article de toilette. Hôtel de qualité motel. J’ai de la difficulté à donner 3 étoiles. Vraiment déçu de mon expérience et je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel malheureusement.

The hotel is good for a buffet trip but the washroom was not clean. The bed sheets did not look like they were washed. There was not the cleaning smell. The room was good but it was not clean. The hotel was okay for the price but it would help if it was cleaner.

We rented the Uniloft studio. We were on the 2nd floor facing the main street. The room was clean but nothing fancy. It was for 1 night and leaving early in the morning. However, the walls and door are not sound proof. We had neighbors talking loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night. We barely slept. The bathroom needs more lighting. You can barely see yourself in the mirror. The shower head needs to be change. No pressure and lukewarm temperature( like camping facilities). We had stayed in the main hotel in the past. The hotel room was better than the studio.

Well hotel was all good and clean but our room lock was not working we even informed the staff they gave us new key but still it was problem with the lock sensor.

Chambre propre et lit confortable, personnel serviable et souriant. Par contre, il y avait des équipes de hockey de jeunes, donc assez bruyant dans les passages. Mais tranquille après 20h30.

Room was good. Gym is very basic. Gym availability only after 7AM. Pool hours are not great for early risers.

L’hébergement au rez-de-chaussée était très bien entretenu. Cependant, au niveau 100, il y avait des taches au sol laissant penser à une possible infiltration d’eau. La chambre était propre et le lit confortablement. Le matin nous entendions les gens marcher/parler à l’étage au-dessus, et le soir, du bruit extérieur (les personnes qui valide plusieurs fois que leurs véhicules et bien barré) L’hôtel est bien situé, près de tout, avec un bon restaurant. La piscine est très belle. Le sauna était fermé lors de notre séjour, probablement pour entretien. Je recommande car en somme c’était bien
