So where to begin !! Rude staff at check in firstly Waited untill after check in time for a room that was not even clean !! No towels in the room and a door that would not close !! So the spa area and gym area Dirty no towels here either Toilets dirty over flowing ! Breakfast well this is a joke !! Sat down for 20 minutes whilst the waiter was sat on the bar flicking through Grindr rather then approaching me and taking my order I was there for 28 minutes before a girl came over to take my drink order Then another 5 minutes later the staff came over and laughed saying do you want to eat ?? Well this was a joke and the breakfast choice honestly you would get better in a hostel !! So I raised these concerns to the reception who told me to send an email rather then deal with the situation there and then !! I have pictures of all the things to document !!

Had a great stay there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was really nice with a great bed and was very clean. There is a mini bar but i didnt use it and all things seem to have been thought of for however you would like your stsy. Everything is walkable and lots of bars and eating places nearby. Woukd definitely come back again.

Staff was amazing and friendly with every encounter. I did have an issue with the heat and air condition which they acted fast to bring me mini fan and heater. The junior suite was nice I stayed on the 5th floor. My room was exactly under the gym and heard every weight being dropped every morning. I still think this was a great hotel to stay in.

Great hotel for adults only. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great neighborhood and easy access to several U-bahn stops and shopping. Be sure to consider breakfast at the hotel: outstanding!

Needs updating and the room smelled of mildew and there was leaking at the floorboards in the restroom

All of the staff were most friendly and helpful. The breakfast restaurant was great also. It's so nice to stay where a same-sex couple can feel safe and welcome!

Rooms were dirty and whole building seemed dirty and unclean. I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in and advised I would be refunded however the following day they decided they would not refund the stay and instead charged me for the full stay in a room which still had dust and rubbish from seemingly 10 years ago. Terrible place and do not recommend

Hi, My satisfaction with this stay at the hotel (and this is not my first time here) is quite low. The dry sauna was out of order throughout the entire six-day stay, and the jacuzzi was also not functioning properly — it was essentially just a lukewarm bath, nothing more. Throughout the stay, only one elevator was working, which caused long waits and delays. But the worst part was when *both elevators* were out of service for an entire day! That’s simply unacceptable — how does a situation like that happen? We had to go up and down from the 5th floor almost constantly, either because of long waits or because neither elevator was working. Despite all this, I must say that the reception staff were kind and the breakfast was excellent. I expect compensation for the inconvenience caused by all these issues with the hotel facilities. It’s simply not respectful, and I will reconsider staying at this hotel during my next visit to Berlin.
