We’ve visited the hotel 3 times so far (2024,2025,2026). One summary? A place really worth staying if you are looking for a home base while exploring the island of Crete with excellent staff and management. If you are looking for a small hotel for adults with no kids, no fights for sun beds and quiet atmosphere, this is the place to stay. Our heart goes directly to Mathenia - the restaurant supervisor, the whole reception desk staff, Petros - the waiter and Sofia, the general manager. Everyone is so helpful that you will feel like at home. You will not be disappointed - especially if you will explore.

We stayed at Atrium Ambiance for 10 days. Location of this hotel is very convenient (2 mins from the city beach, 20 minutes from the center). Our room was superior room - pool view - on the 4th floor - it is very well maintained, the ambience and overall quality confirms this is 4 star hotel. Breakfast and dinner were also satisfactory - deserts and sweets at Atrium are great! The staff is also very professional and client centric. Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a fantastic stay at Atrium Ambiance and would happily return. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The pool area was beautiful, clean, and well maintained — a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There were always plenty of sunbeds, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling relaxing. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away, with plenty of lovely bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The service was outstanding, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made our holiday extra special. The food was very good, with a nice selection each day, and overall we couldn’t fault our stay. Thank you to everyone at Atrium Ambiance for making our holiday so enjoyable. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

A lovely stay at Atrium Ambiance Hotel in Rethymno 🌿✨ We booked a room facing the pool, and our room was on the second floor. However, the balcony was partly surrounded by bushes, so unfortunately, the pool view was quite limited. The room itself was a good size, comfortable and nicely decorated. That said, the bathroom and shower were very small — compact might be the kindest way to describe them. 😊 The breakfast was very generous, with plenty of choice. We did not try the hotel’s other food services during our stay. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, a lovely pool area and a convenient location close to both the beach and Rethymno Old Town. Had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our entire visit, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing, with a great variety of options that changed every day, so we never got bored with the menu. Highly recommend!
