Staff were friendly, spacious room, beautiful beach

I stayed here for two nights in a three-bedroom villa. Overall, the experience was average, nothing outstanding, but nothing particularly bad either. Pros: The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and willing to assist guests. The resort is very spacious, with a beautiful central swimming pool. The beach is wide and private. The private pool in the villa is large and clean. Cons: The resort feels quite old, and some of the room designs are rather odd. The bathroom layout and fixtures are poorly designed: the bathtub faucet does not properly reach the tub, while the showerhead is very small. One of the bedrooms in the three-bedroom villa is located in the basement, which is very damp, difficult to access, and has many mosquitoes. The sofa area is located outdoors, offering little privacy: people can easily see and hear what you are doing when you gather as a family. This is the only shared common area of the villa. Although a three-bedroom villa is booked for family gatherings, the layout feels more suitable for budget groups sharing rooms rather than for families.

I hesitated for a long time before writing these lines. On January 10th, I booked three rooms for an acquaintance here. That afternoon, after checking in, my brother went swimming and unfortunately, three of us—father and two children—were swept away by the waves. The two younger children were lucky enough to reach shore, but my brother didn't survive. My sister-in-law said the resort wasn't very helpful and didn't have staff around the resort's private beach area. When they called for rescue, they were quoted 1 million VND for first aid. Couldn't a large resort like this anticipate such incidents or have safety measures in place for its guests? I'm truly heartbroken that this happened, especially since I booked the rooms for an acquaintance and something like this occurred. Perhaps things would have been different at a different resort. It's a tremendous loss.

Been here many times but always satisfied, all the staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

Beautiful and clean beach, room with sea view

The hotel building is like a dormitory, everything is old and moldy, poor soundproofing, can't rest, even if someone sneezes in the next room you can hear it

The corner room I stayed in was introduced as one of the most beautiful in the whole complex, but when I entered, there was a musty smell, the water smelled strongly of alum, and because there were many trees in front, there were also many mosquitoes. Let's go back to the beginning. The receptionists were not really friendly, guests had to walk to their rooms, so if you wear heels, it will be a bit tiring because of the slope. The restaurant's breakfast had few choices, the taste was quite unstable, but the staff at the restaurant were very cute.

I am very dissatisfied with some of the receptionists here. In the same segment, I see many resorts in the area doing that job very well. What I notice most is the musty smell and the alum smell from the water.

I like this room, spacious, comfortable and very airy. There is welcome fruit prepared when checking in (other rooms do not have it), but what I am most afraid of is that the water from the tap here is too alum-stained.

Phòng 2tr2 mà quá cũ kỷ, ăn sáng quá tệ mà phụ thu trẻ em 400k/ người. Khăn tắm thì vàng như giẻ lau chùi. Toilet thì ố vàng và có mùi hôi. Cầu thang máy thì hư. Từ tối đến sáng điện cúp 5-6 lần. Nói chung là hết sức tệ.

My first stay in this resort was 8 years ago and I kept coming back many time since then. However, this is my last booking with Romana! The room is not well design for noise cancellation but the resort organize anh party for anh group tour. They sing karaoke and make noise until late night. We cannot relax at all since 6pm when party starts. This is the worst ever experience and definitely never comes back to Romana. Good bye :)

Resort nên cần tái đầu tư, nâng cấp dịch vụ, đầu tư nâng cấp hơn món ăn, các hoạt động giải trí gần như không có gì; ngoại trừ không gian tương đối thoáng mát, nhân viên lịch sự, gần gũi, xử lý yêu cầu khá nhanh.

Bãi biển đẹp, trước tết ít khách lưu trú nên buổi sáng chỉ được chọn món.

Service is good, however breakfast is not delicious and rich.

Nice, friendly and helpful staffs. Almost 20 years but it has really good maintenance. Spending 2 nights here was a good choice with affordable price, good breakfast and clean room. The beach is not really clean but still acceptable because it's Phan Thiet.

A very bad mental experience. The cleaning staff uses the pool water to wash the rags. If the customer forgets money in the laundry, the staff will take it away. Management is always looking for ways to avoid. No respect for customers. Only good at apologizing. There is no satisfactory solution. Their business ethos. Makes me feel like they don't respect their customers

3rd experience here. Equipment is not new. In addition, the space and villa are still comfortable and separate.
